PURPOSE: An input location detection device using display pattern recognition and a method thereof are provided to detect a location of a pixel based on a pattern formed on a display corresponding to a feature of a display panel, thereby easily recognizing the pattern. CONSTITUTION: An effective pattern domain extraction module(50) receives a display screen image and extracts an effective pattern domain for pattern recognition. A pattern recognition module(60) detects sub-pixels included in the effective pattern domain and determines holes included in the sub-pixels. A display coordinate output unit(70) detects an input location by analyzing points in which the holes are formed. The display coordinate output unit outputs a display coordinate by analyzing the points in which the holes are formed. PURPOSE: A method for forming a TiN thin film, a nonvolatile memory device, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily control the thickness of a thin film by changing a cycle number of a Tin thin film forming process. CONSTITUTION: An insulation film pattern(120) including an opening unit(125) is formed on a substrate. A switching device is formed in the opening. A bottom electrode(147') comprising a TiN thin film is formed on the switching device. A variable resistive material pattern(150') is formed on the bottom electrode. A phase change material pattern(162) and a top electrode contact(164) are formed on the bottom electrode.

A circuit for protecting discharge of static electricity and a semiconductor device including the same are provided to reduce the failure rate of a semiconductor device by preventing the damage of an internal circuit due to ESD in environment using a plurality of power supply voltages. An interface electrostatic discharge(ESD) protection circuit(2000) comprises a first interface unit(2100), a second interface unit(2200), and an interface protection unit(2300). The first interface unit is connected between a first powered terminal and a first GND. The first interface unit is the structure of CMOS inverter for inverting an input signal and outputting an interface signal. The second interface unit is connected between a second powered terminal and a second GND. The second interface unit comprises a MOS transistor in which an interface signal is applied to a gate. The interface protection unit generates a protected signal based on the signal of the second powered terminal and input signal. A method and a device for providing feedback corresponding to movement of a controlled object are provided to offer enhanced reality for media to a user by using a side wing pivoted according to movement of the controlled object. Two side wings(220a,220b) are pivoted on a main unit(210) and move according to movement of a controlled object. The side wing rotates around a connection shaft with the main unit. A rotation angle of the side wing corresponds to velocity of the controlled object, and a rotation direction of the side wing corresponds to a moving direction of the controlled object. A force provider induces movement of the side wing. A controller controls operation of the force provider. An input tool controls the movement of the controlled object. A display panel displays the movement of the controlled object.
