Abstract:
PURPOSE: A transgenic chicken and a method for producing the same are provided to ensure anti-viral ability and to be used as a model animal for preventing viral diseases. CONSTITUTION: A vector for transformation contains a promoter which is operable in birds and a 3D8 scFv gene which is operatively linked to the promoter. The promoter is a chicken beta-actin gene promoter. The 3D8 scFv gene further contains a reporter gene. The reporter gene is HA-tag. A method for producing a transgenic chicken comprises: a step of preparing the vector; a step of transducing the vector to chicken fertilized eggs; and a step of hatching the fertilized eggs.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A primer set for detecting curtovirus and a detection method using the same are provided to quickly and accurately diagnose curtovirus from plant samples. CONSTITUTION: A primer set for detecting curtovirus contains a primer set of sequence numbers 1 and 2. The curtovirus includes beet curly top virus, beet mild curly top virus, beet severe curly top virus, horseradish curly top virus, pepper curly top virus, spinach curly top virus, or pepper yellow dwarf virus. A method for detecting curtovirus comprises: a step of isolating total DNA form a plant sample; a step of amplifying a target sequence by PCR; and a step of detecting amplified product.

PURPOSE: A protein with an activity of suppressing gene silence using Korean Honeysuckle yellow vein virus is provided to prevent harmful effect to plant growth and use in genetic engineering. CONSTITUTION: A protein having an activity of suppressing gene silence(PTGS) after transcription using Korean Honeysuckle yellow vein virus(HYVV) is a protein which is encoded with C1 gene of the sequence number 1. The Korean Honeysuckle yellow vein virus is isolated from Lonicera japonica Thunb which has yellow vein.

PURPOSE: A sweet potato leaf curl infection DNA virus gene and a recombinant plasmid are provided to isolate virus and use in Korean eco system environment. CONSTITUTION: A sweet potato leaf curl infection DNA virus gene is denoted by the sequence of the sequence number 1. The gene comprises a dimer. A sweet potato leaf curl infection DNA virus (SPLCV) protein is denoted by the sequence of the sequence numbers 14 to 19.

본 발명은 크로톤황화잎맥모자이크바이러스 알파 위성 DNA의 유전자를 포함하는 감염성 클론 및 이를 이용한 식물체 감염 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 크로톤황화잎맥모자이크바이러스 알파 위성 DNA를 포함하는 재조합 플라스미드 및 형질전환 균주를 이용해, 기존에 크로톤황화잎맥모자이크바이러스 알파 위성 DNA에 감염된다고 알려진 고추 외에도 박과 또는 콩과 등 다양한 작물에도 쉽게 질병을 유발시킬 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명을 이용하여 크로톤황화잎맥모자이크바이러스 알파 위성 DNA의 기주 범위 및 기주와의 상관관계 등 다양한 연구에 응용할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 바이러스 감염으로 인한 경제적 손실을 사전에 방지할 수 있다.
