Abstract: PURPOSE: A method of synthesizing a CuInTe2 composite semiconductor is provided to synthesize CuInTe2 composite semiconductor having a high purity stably in very short synthesizing time. CONSTITUTION: A containing material having a copper, a containing material having an indium, a containing material having a telluride, and a solvent are provided. A mixture of the raw material and a solvent are provided. A mixture is put into a reaction container and is heated to the raw material to be reacted. The CuInTe2 compound semiconductor which is synthesized with heating to remove a reaction by-product is cleaned. The cleaned CuInTe2 compound semiconductor is dried under vacuum atmosphere of 80°C to 60 for 7~12 hours.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A thin film solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify a manufacturing process by forming a light absorption layer of the solar cell with an electro-deposition method. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode is formed on a substrate. A p-type semiconductor layer(230) is formed on the first electrode and is comprised of an electrodeposition layer by electro-depositing a chalcogenide based semiconductor compound on the first electrode. An N type semiconductor layer is formed on a P type semiconductor layer. A second electrode is formed on at least one region of the N type semiconductor layer.
