Abstract: PURPOSE: A brake disc is provided to supply a safety connection structure in which the stress concentration of a connection unit is not generated by connecting two kinds of brake disc elements with a ring-shaped connection element. CONSTITUTION: A brake disc comprises a friction unit(100), a hat part(300), a circular clamp(500), and a plurality of pins(700). The friction unit comprises a ring-shaped connection flange(140) and a connection hole. The hat part comprises a ring-shaped insertion unit(320) at a lower end. A clamp is closed connected to the outer periphery of the connection flange. Pins successively connect and fix the clamp, the connection flange, and the insertion unit.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A disk brake for a vehicle is provided to prevent rust, occurred when a frictional flange is corroded, from being exposed to the outside through the exposure hole of a wheel. CONSTITUTION: A disk brake for a vehicle comprises a brake rotor(10), a caliper(40), and a cover member(30). The brake rotor is rotated with a wheel(50). The brake rotor is composed of a rotor body(20) and a frictional flange(25) which is outward bent from the outer surface of the rotor body. The caliper is fixed to a vehicle body and brakes the brake rotor so that the frictional flange can be inserted between a pair of brake pads(43,44). The cover member is installed between the wheel and the brake rotor and covers rust occurred in the brake rotor.
