    Abstract: PURPOSE: To achieve an accurate prevention of frosting on the front rim part of an outer case and further, a lowering of power consumption by a method wherein a heat radiation pipe is mounted on the rear of a double flange of an outer case and a highly heat conductive hot melt is applied on the perimeter of the heat radiation pipe by a nozzle of a robot or the like to raise a heat radiation efficiency of the heat radiation pipe. CONSTITUTION: A heat radiation pipe 2 is mounted on the rear of a double flange of an outer case 11 by a fixing metal fitting 13 and a hot melt 14 is applied thereon by a nozzle 15 of a robot being bent from a front opening part of an outer case 2. The tip 15a of the nozzle 15 is worked roughly in a U shape so that the hot melt 14 penetrates on both sides of the heat radiation pipe 12. The heat radiation pipe 12 directly contacts the outer case 11 and positively transmits heat to the outer case 11 by the hot melt 14 and the radiation of heat to the outside air is increased. To the contrary, the quantity of heat transferring from a turned-back flange 11b and an internal flange 11d into the storage decreases.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To simplify protective circuit component parts and lower a cost, by containing a protective device in a cluster connected to the external side of a compressor shell. CONSTITUTION:A spring terminal 19 connected to a glass-sealed main winding terminal 7, a spring terminal 20 connected to an auxiliary winding terminal 8, a spring terminal 21 connected to a common winding terminal 9, and trunk terminals 26, 27 connected to a heater 25 are roughly fixed by a housing 28. In the housing 28, the spring terminals 19, 20, 21 fitted on the glass-sealed terminal are roughly enclosed and contained. When an overload is applied to a single phase induction motor is a compressor shell, then by the heat generation of the heater 25 in the housing 28, a bimetal 23 is turned OFF and the motor is protected from the overload. The spring terminals 19, 20, 21 and protective circuit component parts are integrally contained in the housing 28, and so the component parts can be simplified and fitting work can be facilitated.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To improve heat radiation efficiency and prevent strength of a body from being deteriorated by disposing one side of a heat radiation pipe within a double flanges of an outer box and further disposing the other side such that a part of an inside flange is cut out with a part of the outer box into a pipe derivation part, and engaging a reinforcing plate with the pipe derivation part. CONSTITUTION: An inside flange 15-d includes a pipe derivation part 15-e where a part of a side is cut out, and a heat radiation pipe 16 makes contact with an outer box 15 while including an extension part 16-a extending from one side to the back of a middle partition front plate 8, and the other side makes contact with an outer box 15 and is fixed with a hot melt 11. On opposite sides of an upper corner thereof a corner bent part 16-b is formed toward the back of a refrigerator body l and is derived from a folded part 16-e of a corresponding part of the pipe derivation part 15-e to the back of the inside flange 15-d and makes contact with the back of the corresponding part. A reinforcing plate 17 formed with a spring material is engaged with the pipe derivation part 15-e. Thus, in the heat radiation pipe 16 heat is actively transmitted to the outer box 12, but oppositely a heat amount invading into the refrigerator is reduced.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To improve a heat radiating efficiency of a thermal radiation pipe by a method wherein a fixing fitting formed with a pipe holding part and a guide part is installed at a double flange of an outer box, the radiation pipe is abutted against the rear surface of the double flange of the outer box by this fixing fitting. CONSTITUTION: A fixing fittings 13 is loaded to an inner flange 11-d of an outer box 11 with an engaging section 13-a under utilization of spring force, the radiation pipe 12 is fixed with a pipe holding part 13-b in such a way that it is abutted against the outer box 11 at a rear part of the inner flange 11-d. The guide 13-c formed at the fixing fitting 13 facilitates a prevention of scar of the radiation pipe 12 and its installing operation when the radiation pipe 12 is fixed to it. Further, it is rigidly fixed to the outer box 11 with a thermoplastic resin 14 (hot melt). In this way, since the radiation pipe 12 is directly contacted with the outer box 11 and heat is positively transmitted to the outer box 11 through the hot melt 14, resulting in that an amount of thermal radiation to the surrounding atmosphere is increased, and further a heating calorie entered from either a fold-back flange 11-b or the inner flange 11-d into the refrigerator is reduced.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To aim at preventing an overfeeding of oil as well as lowering an operating input under low ambient temperature conditions in particular, by connecting a crankshaft and an oil feed pipe with a temperature sensor member and varying the amount of immersion of the oil feed pipe into lubricating oil. CONSTITUTION:AT the inside of a closed casing 1a of a compressor body 1, an oil feed pipe 4 is set up in a certain way immersing its lower end into lubricating oil 2 and its upper end is inserted slidably into a cylindrical part 5 composed of a spot-facing at the lower end of a crankshaft 3. In addition, the crankshaft 3 and the oil feed pipe 4 are both connected via a double ring bellows 6 having an outer part 6a and an inner part 6b, and heat expansive gas is sealed inside the bellows 6. In this way, when the compressor 1 is in low ambient temperature and light load, for example, the internal temperature drops as well, so that the bellows 6 contracts and thereby its height lowers simultaneously. In consequence, the amount of immersion of the oil feed pipe 4 into the undersurface of lubricating oil 2 becomes decreased; the compressor operating input can be lessened due to the decrement of a slippage friction loss (stirring resistance) in both 4 and 2.
