Abstract: PURPOSE:A melt-extruded polymer is taken up at a specific speed, solidified, and treated with the finishing oil by means of an applicator that has a groove of a specified width perpendicular to the yarn touch direction and of a specified length and a hole for feeding the finishing oil, thus producing high-quality synthetic fiber without splash of the oil even at a high-speed taking-up. CONSTITUTION:A melt-extruded polymer is taken up at a speed of higher than 5,000m/min, solidified and treated with a metered amount of the finishing oil by means of an applicator that has a groove 2 running in the yarn touch direction and a finishing oil-feed hole 3 before the groove wherein the width of the groove W in mm. and the length at which the yarn contacts with the groove L in mm. satisfy the equationI[V is the taking-up speed in m/min]and equation II[F is filament count; D is filament diameter at the finishing oil applying part; in case of modified cross section yarn, D is diameter of the circumcircle of the cross section].

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester film for a transfer foil which shows superb moldability and transferability. SOLUTION: The polyester film for a transfer foil contains ethylene glycol, as a constituent of polyester A of the film, the component amount X(mol%) and a melting point Tm(°C) of which satisfy the formula: 50≤X≤l00, 240≤Tm≤300Tm≥250-l.5x(l00-X) and shows a coefficient of area orientation falling within the range of 0 to 0.05. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film for a heat-wilding printed laminate which shows a high lamination adhesive force between the base material layer and the adhesive resin layer of a polypropylene film without using an anchor coating agent, and maintains a high heat adhesive force regardless of printed lamination conditions under low temperature and pressure conditions and the kind of a printing paper, and further, retains luster, and to provide a printed laminate. SOLUTION: The film for a heat-welding printed laminate has an ethylene adhesive resin layer showing a main peak fusion temperature of 90°C or lower, an amount of fusion heat of 50 J/g or less, and a melt viscosity of 90,000 poise or less at 90°C, laminated on one of the sides of the polypropylene base material layer. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a polyester film for forming all manufactured films with characteristics durable against its use by simultaneously forming two or more films. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the polyester film comprises the steps of melting a polymer (A) containing a polyhydroxycarboxylic acid as a main body and an aromatic polyester (B), then co-extruding the polymer (A) and the polyester (B) to a laminated film, and thereafter releasing the respective layers to two or more films.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester film having good flexibility, forming processability and appearance, and suitably usable in such applications as to undergo forming processing in laminating with especially a single body, metal, paper, nonwoven fabric or polymeric material. SOLUTION: This polyester film is made up of 15-98 wt.% of a polyester A and 2-85 wt.% of an organic component B other than the polyester A and has an inertial radius Rg of 0.1-5 nm determined by small angle X-ray scattering method after heat treatment at 90 deg.C for 3 min. The other objective design film is such that a film, a printed layer and the above polyester film are laminated in this order.
