Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tablet of high quality by distributing resin from a screw- containing cylinder of a kneading extruder to a plurality of discharge ports, and injecting it in a tablet mold having a plurality of cavities, thereby, remarkably improving productivity. SOLUTION: Resin composition is fed to a heating cylinder 2 by rotation of a screw of a kneading extruder 1, and kneaded while being heated and melted. It is quantitatively cut by a cutter 4 provided near a discharge port of a distributing die 3 by an urging force of the screw, and then charged in a tablet mold 8 having one or a plurality of cavities. After the charging is completed, a tablet mold holder 5 is moved. Then, when the mold 8 is arrived at a position of the discharge port of the die 3, the holder 5 is stopped. After the resin charged in the mold 8 is pressurized by an upper plunger 11 and sealing member 99, it is cooled. This is lifted by a thrust plunged 12.

SOLUTION: A coating device is provided with a feeding means for feeding a coating liquid, coating liquid jet devices 40 with jet openings extending in one direction for jetting the coating liquid fed from the feeding means and moving means for moving relatively the coating liquid jet devices 40 and also at least one of components A and B to be coated. A plurality of coating liquid jet devices 40 are disposed along the direction of the above-referred relative movement, and retaining means 6 and 6a for retaining the components to be coated are provided on the positions corresponding to the jet openings of respective coating liquid jet devices.

SOLUTION: In the coating device executing the coating method used for the production of the color filter, a stage 6 moving a glass substrate A, a slit die 40 discharging a coating liq. on the glass substrate A, a syringe pump 44 supplying the coating liq. to the slit die 40 and a computer 54 controlling a driving of a pump motor 55 of the syringe pump are provided. Then, after starting moving of the stage 6, the computer 54 controls the pump motor 55 so that the rate of change of the moving speed of the stage 6 coincides with the rate of change in a discharge flow rate from the slip die 40, in a transition period till its moving speed reaches a steady state.

SOLUTION: A coating apparatus which is built in an apparatus for manufacturing a color filter and utilized for manufacturing the filter is provided with a gutter 92 movable between a waiting position in a slit die 40 side and a recovering position under the slit die 40 and a sweeping member 94 installed in the gutter 92. When positioned at the recovering position, the gutter 92 receives a coating liquid discharged out of a discharge outlet of the slit die 40 and when the gutter 92 is returned to the waiting position from the recovering position, the sweeping member 94 scrapes and removes the coating liquid adhering to the peripheral part of the discharge outlet of the slit die 40.

CONSTITUTION:A thread bundle W is inserted into a sheetlike material 2a previously formed into a cylindrical shape. The thread bundle W is squeezed to a dimension not larger than the inside diameter of a case 8 in the radial direction from the circumference. The front of the sheetlike material 2a is inserted into the case 8 in the squeezed state. The thread bundle W is extruded in the front direction of the sheetlike material 2a and only the sheetlike material 2a is extracted from the inside of the case 8. Thereby the thread bundle W is loaded into the case 8.

CONSTITUTION:The heating resistor 1 of graphite cylinder for heating yarn Y is covered with a high-melting material 2 melting over 2800 deg.C and having a coefficient of thermal expansion from equal to till less than 2.0 times that of the heater material such as W, Ta, HfC, TaC, NbC, VC, SiC, HfN, TaN, ZrN, HfB2, TaB2, NbB2, WB, TiB2). The outside surface of the covering layer is protected with a carbon yarn layer 3 to inhibit or prevent the covering layer 2 from being deteriorated or peeled. The covering layer is formed by plasma- spraying or vacuum-spraying.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a heating furnace by which the service life of a resistance heating element can be lengthened and the replacing work can be carried out easily. CONSTITUTION:A resistance heating element 3 has a truncated cone shape connecting part 3a having a diameter larger than the largest diameter of the heating element 3 on the one end side, and has a straight connecting part 3b having a diameter larger than the largest diameter of the connecting part 3a on the other side. The connecting part 3a is fitted in a cone-shaped connecting hole 4c bored in an electrode 4a, and is brought into close contact with it through a taper surface, and the connecting part 3b is fitted in one side of a connecting hole 4d formed penetratingly in an electrode 4b. The heating element 3 is pushed against the electrode 4a side by a presser bolt 15 composed of a carbon material, and base parts 3c and 3d of the connecting parts 3a and 3b projected slightly from the respective connecting holes 4c and 4d are push- pressed respectively by fixing plates 16 composed of a carbon material, and are fixed to the electrodes 4a and 4b.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a heating furnace with a resistance heating element, the life of which can be substantially prolonged by completely suppressing evaporation of graphite from a surface of the heating element. CONSTITUTION:A carbon fiber thread layer 3 comprising a laminate formed by winding of carbon fiber threads, and a sheet-shaped graphite layer 4 comprising a laminate formed by winding of a sheet-shaped graphite cover in this order an outer surface of a cylindrical-shaped resistance heating element 2 which is formed of graphite and has an inlet 9a and an outlet 9b for a thread Y. The insulating members 5 which comprise a compact of boron nitride is provided between the sheet-shaped graphite layer 4 and the resistance heating element 2 on the opposite ends thereof. Accordingly, the insulating members 5 prevent carbon vapor having evaporated from an outer surface of the resistance heating element 2 from leaking outside the element, so that a heating furnace is provided to have a heating element 1, the life of which is substantially prolonged.
