A mobile robot includes a body configured to traverse a surface and to receive debris from the surface, and a debris bin within the body. The debris bin includes a chamber to hold the debris received by the mobile robot, an exhaust port through which the debris exits the debris bin; and a door unit over the exhaust port. The door unit includes a flap configured to move, in response to air pressure at the exhaust port, between a closed position to cover the exhaust port and an open position to open a path between the chamber and the exhaust port. The door unit, including the flap in the open position and in the closed position, is within an exterior surface of the mobile robot.

An evacuation station includes a base and a canister removably attached to the base. The base includes a ramp having an inclined surface for receiving a robotic cleaner having a debris bin. The ramp defines an evacuation intake opening arranged to pneumatically interface with the debris bin. The base also includes a first conduit portion pneumatically connected to the evacuation intake opening, an air mover having an inlet and an exhaust, and a particle filter pneumatically the exhaust of the air mover. The canister includes a second conduit portion arranged to pneumatically interface with the first conduit portion to form a pneumatic debris intake conduit, an exhaust conduit arranged to pneumatically connect to the inlet of the air mover when the canister is attached to the base, and a separator in pneumatic communication with the second conduit portion.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein selbstfahrendes und selbstlenkendes Bodenreinigungsgerät, das mindestens ein Reinigungsaggregat (33, 51) umfasst und einen Schmutzsammelbehälter (42), der einen Behälterinnenraum (44), eine Bodenwand (56), eine Schmutzeintrittsöffnung (48) und eine Schmutzaustrittsöffnung (58) aufweist, wobei Schmutzpartikel mittels des mindestens einen Reinigungsaggregates (33, 51) in den Behälterinnenraum (44) überführbar sind und die Schmutzaustrittsöffnung (58) an der Bodenwand (56) gebildet ist. Um ein derartiges Bodenreinigungsgerät bereitzustellen, das unter Erzielung einer einfachen Konstruktion ein einfaches Entfernen von Schmutzpartikeln aus dem Schmutzsammelbehälter erlaubt, wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, dass das Bodenreinigungsgerät (14) eine an der Schmutzaustrittsöffnung (58) angeordnete Ventileinrichtung (60) aufweist mit mindestens einem Ventilkörper (62, 64), der in einer Schließstellung die Bodenwand (56) zumindest abschnittsweise ausbildet und die Schmutzaustrittsöffnung (58) verschließt und der in eine Offenstellung überführbar ist, in der die Schmutzaustrittsöffnung (58) zumindest teilweise freigegeben ist, und dass die Ventileinrichtung (60) luftdruckbetätigbar ist zum Überführen des mindestens einen Ventilkörpers (62, 64) von der Schließstellung in die Offenstellung. Außerdem betrifft die Erfindung ein Reinigungssystem.

In order to produce the above-mentioned floor-type dust collector, and especially in order to improve the cleaning function thereof, the basic shape thereof consists of a circular section (4) and a shaped section (5) tending to the rectangular. 청소기가 개시된다. 본 개시에 따른 청소기는, 청소기의 외부의 먼지를 흡입하는 흡입 장치, 흡입 장치에 인접 배치되는 발광 소자와 수광 소자를 포함하는 먼지 감지 센서, 흡입 장치를 통하여 흡입된 먼지를 저장하는 먼지통, 및 수광 소자에서 출력된 전압 값에 기초하여 먼지 유입 여부 및 먼지통의 먼지량을 판단하고, 판단된 먼지 유입 여부 및 먼지량에 기초하여 먼지 감지 센서를 제어하는 프로세서를 포함한다. 이때, 발광 소자 및 수광 소자는 먼지통의 외부에서 먼지통의 유입구 방향으로 배치된다.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-propelled device to be operated by noncontact and/or contact and including a sensor mechanism to detect an object, which issues alarm in an abnormal situation, while cleaning a floor like a suction/cleaning robot.SOLUTION: In order to improve a device of this type, preferably with the use of synergies between the individual functions, it is suggested that the detection of an object possibly to be the detection of an object, which is evaluated to have a deviation (to be unusual) in comparison with data related to the movement or shape of the object and stored concerning the object, is available as a trigger (a generation factor) for example, audible alarm or transmittable for a relevant inspection.
