본 발명은 2-할로벤조산으로부터 1-알킬-2-페닐-4-퀴놀론을 제조하는 신규한 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 제조 방법은 저렴한 출발물질로서 2-할로벤조산을 이용하여 간단한 반응조건 및 단순화된 단계를 통해 1-알킬-2-페닐-4-퀴놀론을 고수율로 합성할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

본 발명은 신장독성 및 부작용 유발 약물 검색용 바이오마커 및 이를 이용한 검색 방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 다양한 신장독성 유발 약물에 공통적으로 유전자 발현이 증가 또는 감소하는 바이오마커 및 이를 이용한 신장독성 및 부작용 유발 약물 검색 방법에 관한 것이다. 약물에 의한 신장 독성이 유발된 인간 신장 상피 세포주의 배양액에서 PKM2(pyruvate kinase isozyme M2)와 EEF1G(eukaryotic elongation factor 1-gamma)가 유효하게 증가함을 확인하였으며, 이러한 결과는 인간 신장 정상 상피 세포주를 이용한 독성 평가에 유용하게 이용할 수 있다. 본 발명의 바이오마커는 새로운 신장독성 및 부작용의 위험성을 지닌 약물 또는 화학물질을 모니터링 및 판정하는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있으며, 신장독성을 일으키는 작용 기작을 규명하는 도구로이용될 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a method of maintaining the freshness of cut lotus root, which comprises a step of immersing lotus root in purified water; a step of processing the lotus root with heat at a first heat treatment temperature for a first heat treatment time; and a step of removing purified water remaining on the surface of the lotus root, wherein the first heat treatment temperature is 30°C or higher and 80°C or less, and the first heat treatment time is 30 seconds or more and one minute or less.
