The hat part joint is integrated with a hat part(31) in order to be overlapped with the joint of the friction part when assembling the hat part with the friction part. The high intensity elastic band member simultaneously restricts the friction and hat part joints for joining the friction and hot parts. The spline protrusion is positioned outside the friction part joint. The spline groove is formed on the inner circumference of the hat part joint in order to insert the spline protrusion.
