본 발명은, 하우징 내부의 챔버가 피스톤에 의해 좌측격실과 우측격실로 구획되고 상기 좌측격실과 우측격실 내에서의 유압차에 의해 피스톤이 이동하는 유압식 동력조향장치에 있어서, 상기 챔버로 공급되는 작동유는 고압라인을 통하여 유압펌프로부터 공급되며 저압라인을 통하여 회수되도록 구성되고, 상기 고압라인과 저압라인 연결되어 스티어링휠의 회전에 따라 좌측격실 또는 우측격실로 작동유를 선택적으로 공급 및 회수하는 방향조절밸브를 구비하며, 일측은 상기 방향조절밸브에 도달하기 전에 고압라인에서 분기되어 연결되고 타측은 저압라인에서 분기되어 연결되며 고압라인 내의 유압이 임계압력을 초과하면 고압라인과 저압라인을 개통시키는 리미터를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 방향조절밸브의 개폐상태에 따라 피스톤이 이동하� �, 상기 피스톤의 이동 여부에 따라 임계압력이 결정되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기와 같은 구성의 본 발명은, 파워스티어의 기어박스 내에서 발생하는 과도한 유압상승에 따라 각 구성품들에 발생하는 부하를 억제하는 효과가 있다. 고압라인, 방향조절밸브, 리미터

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of melt-blown fabric web and a manufacturing apparatus thereof, which can manufacture melt-blown fabric web with improved bulky properties and absorbing performance and firmly assembled filaments. The manufacturing apparatus of melt-blown fabric web includes a heating extrusion part which heats and extrudes a thermoplastic resin composition, a melt-blown fiber discharge part which discharges the thermoplastic resin composition extruded from the heating extrusion part in the shape of melt-blown fiber, a variable gas injection part which injects random variable gas to the melt-blown fiber discharged from the melt-blown fiber discharge part, a collection part which forms melt-blown fabric web by collecting melt-blown fiber discharged from the melt-blown fiber discharge part.

PURPOSE: An air damping mount is provided to implement a stopper function when a first insulator is excessively elastic-transformed, by coupling a second insulator to a center core. CONSTITUTION: An air damping mount comprises a center core(10), a first insulator(20), a first air hole(51), a bottom plate(50), a housing(30), a second insulator(40), and a second air hole(31). The first insulator is coupled to the center core in the upper part and recessed upward in the bottom. The bottom plate is coupled to the bottom of the first insulator to form a first chamber, and has the first air hole passing air in and out of the first chamber according to elastic deformation of the first insulator. A protruded hole is formed in the top of the housing and the first insulator is built in the housing. The second insulator is coupled between the housing and the center core capable of elastically deforming. The second air hole is formed in the housing passing the air in and out of a second chamber according to elastic deformation of the second insulator.

PURPOSE: A power steering system with a stopper is provided to glide a piston by connecting the piston to a steering wheel using a ball screw. CONSTITUTION: A power steering system(100) with a stopper comprises a housing(10), a piston(20), a first plunger(22a), a second plunger(22b), a first stopper(30a), and a second stopper(30b). The housing has a chamber. The piston is loaded on the chamber and is glided on the chamber. A pipe line(21) is formed in the piston. The first plunger is installed inside the pipe line so that the end of the first plunger can be protruded from one surface of the piston. The second plunger is installed inside the pipe line so that the second plunger can be protruded from the other surface of the piston The first stopper is installed in one surface of the housing and faces with the first plunger. The second stopper is installed in the other surface of the housing and faces with the second plunger.
