Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the restrictions of the quantity of rotation on the base of a turntable and securely transmit signal data to a signal ource by supplying electric power from the base to the turntable side in a noncontact manner and sending and receiving signal data as light signal data between the base and turntable in a noncontact manner. SOLUTION: The turntable is equipped with, for example, a video camera M and the turntable 12 rotates on the base 10, so that the device is used as, for example, a video monitor device for security. A noncontact power supply part 14 is provided opposite the base 10 and turntable 12 and supplies electric power to the 2nd processing circuit 44 of a noncontact signal transmission processing means 16 and the video camera M on the side of the turntable 12 without contacting. The noncontact signal transmission processing means 16 sends and receives the signal data of the video camera M as a signal source between the base 10 and turntable 12 as the light signal data through the hollow part 20a of a shaft 20 in a noncontact manner.

Consequently, the traveling of the tape is stabilized for a long time.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To correct a hand blur simply and surely by reducing an image of an object formed on an image pickup face based on the result of detection by a hand blur detection means segmenting an outputting a picked-up picture on the image pickup face. CONSTITUTION:A signal processing circuit 8 converts an image pickup signal outputted from an image pickup element 2 into a video signal and stores it into a memory circuit 10. A hand blur detection circuit 11 receives a video signal outputted from the circuit 8 to detect the quantity of hand blur. A zoom lens drive circuit 12 on the occurrence of hand blur mooves a zoom lens group 4B toward the wide position in response to the quantity of hand blur. Thus, an image of an object formed on the image pickup face of the image pickup element 2 is reduced by the quantity corresponding to the hand blur. A memory control circuit 14 based on the result of detection of hand blur selects an address data of the memory circuit 10 and outputs the result. Thus, the hand blur is corrected from the video signal outputted from the circuit 10 based on the result of detection of the hand blur and then the hand blur is simply and surely corrected in this way.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the load exerted on a tape at the tape rewinding time and to reduce the electric power consumption of a reel motor, etc. by rotating a rotary drum in the reverse direction to recording and reproducing times with winding the tape on the rotary drum. CONSTITUTION:When a rewinding switch 1 is pushed, a drum motor 4 is reversed by switching the driving circuit 3 of a rotary drum by the controller 2 of a microcomputer, etc. The rewinding travel of the tape is started at about the same time or just before the start of the reversal of the drum motor 4. The rotary drum is reversed at about several times or 30 times speed compared to recording and reproducing times. The load exerted on the tape is thus reduced drastically, the tape damage accompanied by the tape traveling is also reduced and the electric power consumption of a reel motor, etc. for driving the tape traveling is reduced as well.
