Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a traverse method for a yarn line which is provided with a traverse tip which is hard to be broken and slides smoothly, and a device thereof. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a traverse cam drum 3 having an endless cam groove 36 in a spiral shape on its surface, a motor which transmits a rotational motion to the traverse cam drum 3, a traverse tip 1 which slides on the cam groove 3b and so on. This traverse tip 1 is consisting of a yarn guide part 1a where the traverse tip 1 holds yarn, a sliding part 1b, and a fitting part 1c. The sliding part 1b and the fitting part 1c are connected to each other linearly on the side surface side of the cam groove 3b, all internal angles in the sectional shape are 90 or more to 180 degree, excl. and a position of the center of gravity G is set inside the fitting part 1c.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To flexibly correspond even to the manufacturing of FRP molded products having various shapes by moving a traverse part to the position op posed to the taking-up part completed in taking-up work among at least two units of taking-up parts and traversing a resin impregnated filament in the traverse part to take up the same by the taking-up part completed in taking-up work. CONSTITUTION:Since a taking-up part 1' previously completed in taking-up work is in a standby state during the period when taking-up is carried out in a taking-up part 1, terminal processing, the detachment and mounting of a mandrel 3 and the preparation of taking-up are carried out. When the taking-up in the taking-up part 1 is completed, an yarn supply traverse part 6 is moved to the position opposed to the taking-up part 1' completed in taking-up preparatory work by a moving part 7 to start taking-up. Since the taking-up part 1 becomes a standby state, the preparatory work for the taking up on the next mandrel such as terminal processing or the detachment of the mandrel 3 is started. By this method, no wastefulness is generated in the operation of the taking-up parts or the traverse part and the taking-up rate of operation can be extremely enhanced.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To measure the thickness of a film, by measuring the spectroscopic characteristics of the reflected optical component through an optical window and the spectroscopic characteristics of the reflected optical component from a reflecting plate beforehand, subtracting a window signal from the measured signal and a Planck signal, and performing normalizing operation. CONSTITUTION:Parallel light, which is formed by a light projecting part, is made to pass an optical window 12 and projected on a plate measuring film 15. The light, which is reflected by the film 15, becomes parallel light and enters a planar diffraction grating 7. The image of the light in the specified wavelength range among the lights, divided by the grating 7, is formed on an image sensor 9. The waveform of the image having a specified spectroscopic intensity is sent to an operating part (b). The spectroscopic intensity W(lambda) is measured when nothing is placed as an object to be measured. The spectroscopic intensity B(lambda) is measured when a reflecting plate is placed. The spectroscopic intensity F(lambda) is measured when a thin film is placed. The operation of A(lambda) is carried out according to the expression in the Figure in a processing part (a), and the thickness of the thin film is measured.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for producing separation membrane elements, by which a separation membrane can be withdrawn with a low tensile force and sheet separation membranes free from crimples can be surely formed when the sheet separation membranes are formed from the whole cloth of a rolled separation membrane. SOLUTION: In the apparatus for producing the separation membrane elements, which has a means for withdrawing the separation membrane from the whole cloth of the rolled separation membrane and cutting the withdrawn separation membrane into a prescribed length to form the sheet separation membranes, an air-sucking accumulator for slacking the separation membrane in a U-shaped form is provided between the whole cloth and the cutting means. The method for producing the separation membrane elements is also provided.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively and efficiently dry only the moisture-containing end parts of a hollow fiber bundle in a process prior to forming a module of the hollow fiber bundle. SOLUTION: In a method for drying the hollow fiber bundle, a cylindrical body, which houses the hollow yarn bundle and has an opening part at least at one end thereof and has a venting hole separately from the opening part, is provided and an air pipe is connected to the venting hole to supply air to the opening part and venting hole of the cylindrical body.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress production of a large amount of defective products and defective coating to a minimum possible extent by providing a means for detecting the amount of a positional deviation which compares the phase of each of fabricating rolls with a reference phase of the fabricating roll. SOLUTION: A material 1 is made to pass through transfer rolls 6, 11 as fabricating rolls by means of a feed conveyor 4 and a carrying conveyor 5. The actually measured number of pulse signals by a rotary encoder 21 from the point of time when a pulse signal S1 by an origin detection sensor 18 is turned ON (detecting an origin mark 17) upto the point of time when a pulse signal S2 by an origin detection sensor 20 is turned ON, is counted. Thus it is possible to determine the amount of deviation of an origin phase between the transfer rolls 6, 11 by comparing the number of pulses previously set at a control device 23 by the conveying velocity V of the carrying conveyor 5 and an intershaft distance between the transfer rolls 6,11 to the actual measurements. When the transfer phase to the material 1 is deviated beyond the tolerance, an abnormality alarm is sounded by an alarm device 24.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily paint a highly designed pattern only in an optional projected part by controlling an injecting direction as against an injecting flow from a paint injecting nozzle. SOLUTION: Multiple planar bodies M are placed on a carrier conveyor 1 by fixed interval so as to be continuously carried in the direction of an arrow F. A plurality of first paint injecting nozzles 2, the second paint injecting nozzle 11 or a second flow body nozzle 28 are provided in a line so as to cross the upper part of the carrier conveyor 1 and the injecting ports are opposed to the carrier conveyor 1 and the painted surfaces of the planar bodies M which are placed on it. Though a plurality of first flow body nozzles 23 is provided in a line so as to cross the upper part of the carrier conveyor 1, their injecting ports are provided with the angle of 15 deg. with the carrier conveyor 1 and the coated surfaces of the planar bodies M which are placed on it. Here, the previously whole-surface painted planar bodies M are carried and only the surfaces of the projected parts 3 of the whole-surface painted planar bodies M are selectively painted by injecting paint from an air spray nozzle 2 and an airless spray nozzle 11.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and stably supply liquid paint by controlling a paint injecting quantity from an injecting nozzle by means of the supply quantity of a syringe pump. SOLUTION: Liquid paint to the paint injecting nozzle 9 is executed by using the syringe pump 11, packing paint to a variable storing part 10, rotating a motor 6 by reverse rotation, that is, by the rotary number being proper to CW after that and injecting the paint of the variable storing part 10 to the paint injecting nozzle 9 while moving an inner cylinder 2 in the direction of an arrow (b). In this case, the rotary number of CW in the motor 6 is optionally changed so that the paint injecting quantity is controlled. When the rotary number is small, the paint injecting quantity from the paint injecting nozzle 9 is reduced and a paint result becomes light. When the rotary number is large, the paint result becomes dark. Therefore, the rotary number of the motor 6 is minutely controlled so that light and dark painting can be executed.
