Abstract:
A functional drink containing King oyster mushroom extract and a preparation method thereof are provided to improve both functionality and preference, thereby replacing existing synthetic amino acid drinks. King oyster mushroom is extracted in an alkali aqueous solution. The alkali aqueous solution represents a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution or a sodium bicarbonate aqueous solution. The pH of the alkali aqueous solution is 10-12. A method for preparing a functional drink comprises: the first step of preparing the King oyster mushroom extract; the second step of extracting 1.0-2.0 parts of Rubi fructus, 0.1-1.0 part of Fructus schizandrae, 1.0-3.0 parts of Lycii fructus, 5.0-15.0 parts of Plantaginis semen and 1.0-3.0 parts of Cuscutae semen in hot water and concentrating the mixture of those ingredients; and the third step of mixing and sterilizing the King oyster mushroom extract and the concentrate of the second step.

PURPOSE: A composite composition containing spinach powder or extract is provided to ensure antioxidation and antiobesity. CONSTITUTION: A composite composition for antioxidation and antiobesity contains: 57-63 wt% of freeze-dried or extract of spinach; 27-33 wt% of freeze-dried or extract of black garlic or anthocyanine; and 4-16 wt% of green tea extract powder or liquid. A functional health food contains 37-43 wt% of freeze-dried powder of spinach, 7-13 wt% of freeze-dried powder of black garlic, 7-13 wt% of freeze-dried powder of anthocyanine, 7-13 wt% of green tea extract powder, and 18-42 wt% of freeze-dried powder of lutein.

A method of manufacturing a health beverage comprising Prunella vulgaris is provided obtain health beverage having improved taste, flavor, color and efficacy. First, 10 to 15g Prunella vulgaris, 4 to 6g Jujube fruit, 1.5 to 2.5g Licorice root, 10 to 20g stem or root of Actinidia arguta and 4 to 6g ginger are mixed with 1L water and extracted. Then 100ml herbal extract is mixed with 4 to 10g Prunella vulgaris honey, 1 to 5g Jujube fruit extract, 0.01 to 0.02ml honey flavor, 5 to 15g high fructose corn syrup and 0.01 to 0.02g citric acid to obtain the health beverage.
