Abstract:
A functional drink containing King oyster mushroom extract and a preparation method thereof are provided to improve both functionality and preference, thereby replacing existing synthetic amino acid drinks. King oyster mushroom is extracted in an alkali aqueous solution. The alkali aqueous solution represents a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution or a sodium bicarbonate aqueous solution. The pH of the alkali aqueous solution is 10-12. A method for preparing a functional drink comprises: the first step of preparing the King oyster mushroom extract; the second step of extracting 1.0-2.0 parts of Rubi fructus, 0.1-1.0 part of Fructus schizandrae, 1.0-3.0 parts of Lycii fructus, 5.0-15.0 parts of Plantaginis semen and 1.0-3.0 parts of Cuscutae semen in hot water and concentrating the mixture of those ingredients; and the third step of mixing and sterilizing the King oyster mushroom extract and the concentrate of the second step.

본 발명은 초미립자로 분쇄한 새송이버섯 분말을 커피크리머 원료와 혼합하여 제조하거나, 새송이버섯 분말을 포도당과 혼합한 후 과립화하여 제조하는 커피첨가물 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 새송이버섯을 함유한 커피첨가물 제조방법은, (a)세척한 새송이버섯을 데치는 단계; (b)데친 새송이버섯을 건조시키는 단계; (c)건조시킨 새송이버섯을 300~400mesh 초미립자로 분쇄하는 단계; (d)초미립자 새송이버섯 분말을 커피크리머 원료와 혼합하거나, 초미립자 새송이버섯 분말을 포도당과 혼합하여 과립화하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이때, 상기 (a)단계에는 새송이버섯을 0.5±0.2cm로 세절하는 단계가 더 포함되도록 할 수 있으며, 또한 상기 (b)단계는 동결건조기를 이용하여 이루어지도록 할 수 있으며, 나아가 상기 (d)단계는 초미립자 새송이버섯 분말이 전체 혼합물에 대하여 40중량%이하로 혼합되도록 이루어지도록 할 수 있다. 새송이버섯, 동결건조, 분말, 커피크리머, 커피첨가물

PURPOSE: A spinach drink composition, and a producing method of spinach drink using thereof are provided to improve the palatability of the spinach drink by adding a polygonatum sibiricum extract and an apple extract. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a spinach drink composition comprises the following steps: mixing 40-50wt% of spinach extract, 4-6wt% of polygonatum sibiricum extract with the sweetness of 10-20Brix, 3-5wt% of apple extract with the sweetness of 50-60Brix, and 30-40wt% of oligosaccharide; adding 10-14wt% of white sugar, 0.3-0.6wt% of citric acid, and 0.2-0.5wt% of flavoring agent into the mixture; and packaging the obtained composition before sealing, sterilizing, and cooling.

PURPOSE: A producing method of an antidiabetic and anti-oxidant complex composition and health promoting drink using guava and yacon is provided to maximize the function of the guava and the yacon by propery mixing the components. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an antidiabetic and anti-oxidant complex composition comprises the following steps: washing and drying guava leaves; washing and cutting yacon roots, and drying; hot water extracting both ingredients, and mixing 70-90wt% of guava leaf hot water extract and 10-30wt% of yacon root hot water extract to obtain the complex composition having the sweetness of 0.05-0.2 Brix; adding a food additive into the composition; and sterilizing and cooling the complex composition.

PURPOSE: A production method of fermented powder tea is provided to use a brown rice and guava leaf fermentation material with an excellent antioxidant effect. CONSTITUTION: Guava leaves, steamed brown rice, malt, and yeast are used to produce fermented liquid. The fermented liquid is filtered and dried to obtain brown rice and guava leaf fermented powder. The brown rice and guava leaf fermented powder is extracted with ethanol. The obtained extract is dried to obtain brown rice and guava leaf fermented and extracted powder. 100 parts by weight of steamed brown rice, 10-3 parts by weight of malt, 20-30 parts by weight of dried guava leaves, less than 1 part by weight of yeast, and 700-1,500 parts by weight of water is prepared.
