Abstract: 본 발명은 당귀를 -196~0℃의 온도 조건에서 파쇄하여 파쇄입자 중 85~95%는 20㎛ 이하, 파쇄 입자 중 45~55%는 10㎛이하가 되는 당귀분말을 수득하는 단계(a); 물 1중량부에 대해 이소말토올리고당 8~14중량부를 혼합하여 당혼합물을 제조하는 단계(b); 및, 상기 단계(a)로부터 수득한 당귀분말 0.05~0.15중량%와 상기 단계(b)로부터 수득한 당혼합물 99.85~99.95중량%를 혼합하는 단계(c); 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 당귀시럽의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 당귀분말 입자 크기를 최소화함으로써 시럽 내 침전물의 형성을 최소화할 수 있기 때문에 시럽의 저장안정성을 증대시킬 수 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A chicken feed composition containing angelica gigas nakai includes angelica gigas nakai granules obtained by the following steps: crushing angelica gigas nakai at -196~30deg C into the diameter smaller than 10micrometers: and mixing the obtained angelica gigas nakai powder with a binder, and inserting the mixture into a co-rotating type twin screw extruder with a conveying screw and kneading blocks for extruding.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing syrup containing angelica gigas is provided to enhance storage stability of the syrup by minimizing the generation of sediments and to obtain the taste, flavor, and functionality of the syrup by using minute angelica gigas powder. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing syrup containing angelica gigas comprises the following steps: obtaining pulverized particles having 20μm or less and pulverized particles of 10μm or less by pulverizing the angelica gigas at (-)196-30°C; manufacturing an angelica gigas mixture by mixing 8-14 parts by weight of isomalto-oligosaccharide with 1 part by weight of water; and mixing 0.05-0.15 weight% of the angelica gigas powder with 99.85-99.95 weight% of the angelica gigas mixture.
