Abstract:
본 발명은 감자의 신품종인 보라밸리 감자( Solanum tuberosum L., cv. Bora valley)의 위염, 위궤양 및 십이지장궤양에 대한 예방 및 개선 기능을 갖는 건강기능식품에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 보라밸리 감자의 생즙 또는 전분을 주· 부원료로 이용하여 제조되거나 각종 기호성 식품에 첨가하여 제조된 건강기능식품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 보라밸리 감자의 생즙 또는 전분은 위염, 위궤양 및 십이지장 궤양 동물모델에서 유의성 있는 억제작용을 보이므로 위염, 위궤양, 십이지장질환의 예방 및 개선 기능을 갖는 건강기능식품으로 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition for anti-cancer containing protein extract isolated from Solanum tuberosum L., cv. Gogu valley or peptide isolated from the protein extract is provided to ensure function of suppressing skin cancer and gastric cancer. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for anticancer contains protein extract isolated from Solanum tuberosum L., cv. Gogu valley. The cancer is skin cancer or gastric cancer. The protein extract is used in the form of liquid, tablet, granule, capsule, suspension, syrup, ointment or injection.

A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating gastritis, stomach ulcer and duodenal ulcer, which contains juice or starch of Solanum tuberosum L., cv. Redking valley is provided to suppress the amount of PGE 2 (prostaglandin 2) without toxicity. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating gastritis, stomach ulcer, or duodenal ulcer comprises juice or starch of prostaglandin 2 as an active ingredient. A method for producing the starch comprises: a step of placing the juice at room temperature for ten minutes; a step of separating starch layer and remaining liquid; and a step of decompressing to dry the starch layer or drying at 65‹C. The daily dose of the juice and starch is respectively 0.1-5 ml/kg and 1 mg-500 mg/kg.

PURPOSE: An extrusion molding preprocessing method of a potato is provided to reduce production cost and improve environmental side by reducing a preprocessing time; and simplifying a process thereby continuing a process; and increasing an ability to access about the change during the process in comparison to a chemical processing method which is generally used for preprocessing of a bioethanol starch. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a potato biomass in which saccharification efficiency is improved comprises: a step of extrusion molding a potato powder; a step in which an enzyme is processed in the extrusion molded material. The extrusion molding of the potato powder is processed at the barrel temperature 100-140°C, screw speed 200-300 rpm, feeder supply quantity 40-60 g / min, moisture supplying capacity 3-4ml / min, pressure 600-800 psi, die temperature 100-120°C. A manufacturing method of the bioethanol comprises a step of manufacturing the bioethanol through saccharification, fermentation and distillation process of the potato biomass.

본 발명은 제초제 저항성 bar 유전자 및 CP4-EPSPS 유전자를 포함하는 발현벡터로 형질전환되고 항생제 마커 유전자를 포함하지 않는, 항생제 마커-프리(marker-free) 제초제 복합 저항성 감자 식물체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 감자 식물체는 두 가지의 비선택성 제초제에 복합 저항성을 가지므로 잡초방제효과를 향상시킬 수 있어 감자 생산성을 높이고, 항생제 마커-프리이기 때문에 항생제 내성 확산 문제를 일으키지 않으며, 이의 재배시 상기 두 가지의 비선택성 제조체를 혼합처리 할 경우 상승적인 제초효과가 나타나므로 최종 처리 약량(제초제 투입량)을 낮출 수 있어 환경부담을 감소시키는 장점이 있다. 감자, 아그로박테리움, 제초제 저항성, 항생제 마커-프리, 형질전환, Bar, CP4-EPSPS

A potato plant transformed by an expression vector not including an antibiotic marker gene is provided to improve weed controlling effect due to multiple resistances against two non-selective herbicides, cause a problem of spreading antibiotic resistance and reduce environmental burden by decrease the amount of final treatment herbicides used for cultivation. An expression vector for plant transformation comprises a herbicide resistant bar gene and a CP4-EPSPS gene. A potato plant with multiple resistances against herbicides is transformed by the expression vector and does not include an antibiotic-marker gene. A method for preparing the potato plant comprises the steps of: (a) preparing the expression vector; (b) transforming Agrobacterium to obtain a transgenic Agrobacterium; (c) co-culturing the transgenic Agrobacterium with a tissue of the potato plant; and (d) after selecting a transformed shoot from the co-cultured potato plant tissue, elongating the shoot to induce roots.
