Abstract: A TFT, a manufacturing method thereof and a flat panel display with the same are provided to increase the amount of current between source/drain electrodes and to improve on/off rates by using a molecular ordering channel region. A TFT comprises a gate electrode(13), source/drain electrode isolated from the gate electrode, a polymer organic semiconductor layer, and a gate insulating layer. The polymer organic semiconductor layer(15) is insulated from the gate electrode and electrically connected with the source/drain electrodes.
