    Abstract: PURPOSE: An electromagnetic wave shielding substrate is provided to efficiently shield the emission of an electromagnetic wave by forming an electromagnetic band gap structure along the edge of a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A conductive layer(110) is comprised of a plurality of conductive plates.
