본 발명은, 도광판과 광학시트가 상호 대응하여 배치되는 백라이트 유닛을 포함하는 액정표시장치에 관한 것으로, 상기 광학시트는 일면에 돌출형성되는 다수의 확산돌기를 포함하고, 상기 확산돌기는 복수의 경계영역에 의해 상호 연접되고 상기 광학시트면에 대해 경사진 복수의 경사면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 도광판으로부터 공급되는 빛이 효과적으로 확산되어, 휘도가 높은 액정표시장치가 제공된다. 광학시트, 확산시트

PURPOSE: A control system of chemical mechanical polishing equipment and a method for controlling a polishing time thereof are provided to improve accuracy of a polishing time by correcting an error of the polishing time due to the deterioration of a component. CONSTITUTION: A sample logic unit(230) calculates a sample process time about the sample of a product. A main process logic unit(220) calculates a main process time about a current lot of the product by the sample process time. A correction logic unit(240) calculates the difference value of the polishing time due to the time interval of a feedback timing and the current timing. A process controller(210) controls the polishing time due to the deterioration of the component of the chemical mechanical polishing equipment by adding the main process time to the difference value.

An optical sheet and a display apparatus having the same are provided to improve brightness and contrast by adding a diffusion function and a light collective function to a reflective polarization sheet. An optical sheet includes a reflective polarization layer(310), a low diffusion layer(320), and a high diffusion layer(330). The reflective polarization layer transmits a part of incident light and reflects the rest of the incident light. The low diffusion layer is formed on the lower surface of the reflective polarization layer. The high diffusion layer is formed on the upper surface of the reflective polarization layer. The high diffusion layer includes diffusion patterns of a convex lens shape and a bead coating layer.

A chemical mechanical polishing method and a method of fabricating a semiconductor device using the same are provided to reduce surface energy of an activation solution by adding a surface active agent. A CMP(Chemical Mechanical Polishing) device including a polishing pad and a polishing head is provided(S1). A polishing target loading process is performed to load a polishing target into a polishing head(S2). A polishing activation solution supply process is performed to supply a polishing activation solution including a surface active agent on a polishing pad(S3). A compressing process is performed to compress the polishing target by using a polishing pad(S4). The polishing target and the polishing pad are rotated relatively to each other.

A surface light source comprises a first light projecting plate(210a), a second light projecting plate(210b), a fluorescent film, an electric discharge gas, an electrode(220a,220b), and a sealing portion(230). Plural first depressed portions are formed on the first light projecting plate. The first depressed portions have a depressed space with a predetermined length. Plural second depressed portions are formed on the second light projecting plate. The second depressed portions have a depressed space with a predetermined length. The fluorescent film is coated into an electric discharge space provided by the first and second depressed portions as the first and second light projecting plate are attached to each other. The electric discharge gas is charged into the electric discharge space. The electrode discharges the electric discharge gas. The sealing portion fills and seals the electric discharge gas. The sealing portion is formed in the side of the first and second light projecting plates.

A transformer and a back light assembly having the same are provided to increase a surface distance by forming a first arch preventing unit made of an insulating material between an output terminal and an external core. A transformer(100) includes a core unit(200), a first transformer unit(300), a second transformer(400), and an insulating member(500). The core unit is made of a material having a magnetic property. The core unit is made of a ferrite material capable of efficiently boosting a voltage in comparison with a capacitance. The core unit may be made of silicon steel. The first transformer unit includes a first coil(310) and an input terminal(320). The first coil is wound to a first section. The input terminal extends to a first direction(a) from the first coil. A first voltage is inputted into the input terminal. Therefore, magnetic flux is formed in the core unit by the first voltage. The first voltage represents a low voltage having a low potential difference. The second transformer unit includes a second coil(410) and an output terminal(420). The second coil is wound to a second section. The output terminal extends to a second direction(b) from the second coil.

A method for generating a frame image using a screen image capture function in a DMB terminal is provided to allow a user to generate a desired frame image to capture images by using various frame images. Broadcast data is outputted as image and audio data in a broadcast service mode of a mobile terminal(200,202,204). When a request for a frame image generation mode and a screen image capture key are inputted in the broadcast service mode, a still image obtained by capturing a screen image of the outputted image data is displayed on a screen(206,208,210). When a particular region of the still image is selected by a user and input for cutting out the selected region, a pre-set color is inserted to the cut-out portion of the still image to generate a frame image(212,214). The generated frame image is stored in a frame image list.
