Abstract: PURPOSE: A phase change memory unit, a forming method thereof, and a method for manufacturing a phase change memory device are provided to improve the electric property of the phase change memory device by reducing the intensity of a current for changing the crystal structure of a phase change material layer. CONSTITUTION: A lower electrode is formed on a substrate. An insulation structure exposes the lower electrode and includes an opening which becomes narrower from the upper side to the lower side. A phase change material layer pattern(140) partially covers the upper side of the insulation structure while filling the opening. An upper electrode(150) is formed on the phase change material layer pattern.

Abstract: A cover opening/closing device of a portable terminal is provided to open/close plural terminal covers by sharing one cover dummy, thereby selectively opening/closing the terminal covers according to usage of the terminal covers(earphones, memory). A cover opening(20) is provided to a body. The first and second sliding covers(30,40) selectively open or close the first and second opening/closing spaces(21,22) of the cover opening by being combined to do sliding motion on the cover opening in length direction of the cover opening. A cover dummy(50) is overlapped with the first and second sliding covers when the first and second opening/closing spaces are opened, and is located side by side with the first and second sliding covers when the spaces are closed. An elastic member(60) provides elastic power to the cover dummy.
