Abstract: An apparatus for controlling an image offset of an LCD projector and a portable terminal employing the same are provided to enable a user to control a size or a position of a wanted screen according to an external environment without other special screen unit. An apparatus for controlling an image offset of an LCD projector includes a projecting lens unit(14), a lens housing(11), a rotating unit(12), and a controller(13). The lens housing installs the projecting lenses near one another. The rotating unit rotates the lens housing. A wireless residential Ethernet node apparatus comprises a parser(31), an asynchronous switch(32), a synchronous switch(33), a synchronous data band allocator(36), a control module(34) and a multiplexer(35). The parser receives residential Ethernet data from other external node device, and separates synchronous data from asynchronous data. The asynchronous switch switches the asynchronous data separated by the parser and transfers the asynchronous data. The synchronous switch switches the synchronous data separated by the parser and transfers the asynchronous data. The synchronous data band allocator displays bandwidth information, determined via a bandwidth reservation procedure, via a counter, and transfers the bandwidth information to the multiplexer for determining a data transmitting time. The control module determines a abolishing sequence of each residential Ethernet data, outputs the determined abolishing sequence to the multiplexer, determines a data abolishing amount according to a maximum data transmitting amount which is in accordance with a current wireless environment and outputs the determined data abolishing amount to the multiplexer. The multiplexer transmits the asynchronous data transferred by the asynchronous switch and the synchronous data transferred by the synchronous switch according to the determined transmitting time, abolishes corresponding data according to the determined abolishing sequence if the data amount to be abolished is inputted, and transmits the remaining data according to the determined transmitting time.
