Abstract: 본 발명은 감열 기록 소자에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 저항기판 위에 형성되어 있는 발열체의 폭이 중앙부분으로 갈수록 좁게 형성되어 있는 감열기록소자에 관한 것이다. 구동 기판 및 저항 기관이 부착되어 있으며 저항 기판 위에 한 방향으로 형성되어 있는 발열체 및 상기 발열체와 교차하도록 형성되어 있는 다수의 배선을 포함하고 있는 감열 기록 소자로서, 발열체의 폭이 가장자리 부분에서 중앙 부분으로 갈수록 세로의 폭이 좁게 형성되어 있다. 따라서, 본 발명에 따른 감열 기록 소자는 중앙 부분에서 공통 전극에 인가된 에너지 손실에 대하여 중앙부분으로 가까워질수록 발열체의 폭을 줄임으로써 상대적으로 인가된 에너지에 대한 저항이 낮게 보정됨으로써 균일한 농도의 기록을 얻을 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A display device having a driving IC is provided to smoothly move an ACF(Anisotropic Conductive Film) to an outer side of a driving IC along a space formed by a bump of the driving IC, when mounting the driving IC on a display panel, thereby preventing conductive balls of the ACF from being loaded around the bump. CONSTITUTION: An LCD device(1000) is divided into a driving IC(100) and an LCD panel(200) where the driving IC(100) is mounted. The LCD panel(200) comprises a TFT substrate(300), a color filter substrate(400) coupled with the TFT substrate(300), and a liquid crystal layer disposed between the TFT substrate(300) and the color filter substrate(400). Sealants(600) are injected on edges of the LCD panel(200). The sealants(600) couple the TFT substrate(200) with the color filter substrate(300), and seal the liquid crystal layer. The LCD panel(200) consists of a pixel area(DA) for displaying a predetermined image and a peripheral area(SA) for comprising the driving IC(100). Gate lines(320) cross data lines(330) on the TFT substrate(300).
