    Abstract: A collision solving system during data transmission in a wireless network, a solving method thereof, and a recording medium for recording the method are provided to attempt retransmission by maximally maintaining contention window size of a data frame which attempts the retransmission if collision of frames including data occurs, thereby reducing a probability of collision of retransmission frames. A terminal(50) comprises as follows. A communication unit(501) transceives plural signals and data with other terminals. A signal decider(502) decides on transmission results of the data transmitted through the communication unit(501). A collision manager(504) sets contention window size information and backoff stage information, and manages collision occurring when the data are transmitted to the other terminals. The collision manager(504) sets contention window size which determines priority for using a wireless medium according to the decided transmission results.
