Abstract: The present invention relates to a direct injector for a diesel engine. The direct injector for the diesel engine comprises an inlet port, a discharge port, a body unit, a chamber unit, a needle member, an inflow pipe, a discharge pipe, a flow control unit. Fuel flows in through the inlet port. The fuel flows out of the discharge port. The body unit comprises a supply pipe connected to the inlet port, and a return pipe connected to the discharge port. The chamber unit comprises an inner pipe which guides the fuel to a nozzle unit through the supply pipe. The needle member controls supply of the fuel flowing to the nozzle unit from the chamber unit. The inflow pipe is connected to the inner pipe and supplies the fuel to an upper part of the needle member. The discharge pipe is extended to the body unit and guides the fuel being discharged from the upper part. The flow control unit is connected to circulation and discharge pipes which are connected to the return pipe and controls flow of the fuel traveling to the circulation pipe.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A direct injection type diesel engine injector is provided to simplify a pipe for collecting fuel, which is discharged to the outside, in a fuel tank by using only one fuel discharge port. CONSTITUTION: A direct injection type diesel engine injector comprises an injection unit (10), a pressure increasing unit (20), a switching unit (30), and a connection unit. The injection unit includes a lower part chamber (12), a needle (14), and a spring (16); and sprays fuel. The pressure increasing unit comprises a middle chamber (22), a piston (24), and a spring (26); and supplies the fuel with increased pressure. The switching unit comprises an upper chamber (32), an actuator (34), and a switching-over valve (36); and controls the injection unit and the pressure increasing unit. The connection unit is installed among the injection unit, the pressure increasing unit, and the switching unit. The switching-over valve is formed multiply, and at least one switching valve is operated by a transferring unit (70).
