Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for stabilizing the shaking of a crane are provided to simply stabilize the shaking of a crane by changing the relative length of hoist wires. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for stabilizing the shaking of a crane comprises a device for relatively adjusting the lengths of multiple wires. The device connects a trolley(30) and a spreader. The device allows the length of the wire of a direction that restoring force is applied to be relatively longer than the other wire. The device adjusts the heights of wire pulleys arranged on the side of the trolley to be different from each other.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种用于稳定起重机振动的装置和方法，以通过改变起重线的相对长度来简单地稳定起重机的振动。 构造：用于稳定起重机振动的装置包括用于相对调节多根线的长度的装置。 设备连接手推车（30）和吊具。 该装置允许施加恢复力的方向的线的长度比另一条线相对更长。 该装置调节布置在手推车侧面上的线滑轮的高度彼此不同。

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method of data clear formatting of a clipboard, a method for converting data of a clipboard through a file path extraction, and a program recordable medium of the same and a method of the same are provided to remove the popup of additional program such as notepad and a basic picture program, thereby saving the time. CONSTITUTION: An input unit receives a first input signal(S102). A storing unit temporarily stores an object data of a first application program screen in a clipboard(S104). The input method receives a second input signal(S106). The storing method temporarily stores a first target data extracted from the object data to a memory domain except the clipboard(S110). A conversion unit deletes the object data of the clipboard(S112).
