본 발명은 패스웨이 구축 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 단백질, 질병, 합성물, 징후, 효소, 의약폼, 질병, 장소, 패스웨이 중 적어도 하나에 대한 개체명이 저장된 사전 정보 데이터베이스, 상기 사전 정보 데이터베이스를 이용하여 입력 문서에서 개체들을 인식하는 개체 인식부, 기 저장된 문맥 패턴 정보를 근거로 상기 인식된 개체 사이의 문맥을 추출하고, 상기 추출된 문맥을 정규화하는 방식으로 개체간의 관계를 인식하는 관계 인식부, 상기 인식된 개체들을 대상으로 웹 검색을 수행하여, 상기 개체들이 출현하는 문서 및 각 개체들의 세포 내 장소 정보를 수집하고, 상기 수집된 정보에 의한 관계 이벤트를 생성하는 관계 이벤트 생성부, 상기 인식된 관계 이벤트를 근거로 세포내 해당 장소에 해당 개체들을 표시하여 패스웨이를 생성하는 패스웨이 생성부를 포함한다.

PURPOSE: An automatic query input system using vocabulary network, a method thereof, a recording medium storing a computer program about the method are provided to display various kinds of terms related to the search query in the below the query input window such as the meaning, substitute term, related term, super ordinate term, subordinate term, brotherly term, and words including the search term in the front and back. CONSTITUTION: A web interface(10) gets the input of user query. The web interface offers the linkage word list corresponding to the inputted query language as described above. The web interface automatically inputs the linkage word for to searching in the linkage word list of the offered query to the query input window. The web interface automatically searches the content corresponding to the inputted query and outputs words related to the search query.

PURPOSE: An automatic query input system using title, author, abstract information, a method for offering search result, and a recording medium storing a computer program of the method are provided to offer wide variety of information to users by displaying author information and abstract information through a separate window from the title list. CONSTITUTION: A user puts the mouse cursor on the title of the list of subject or clicks the title. A web interface(10) offers author and abstract information of the corresponding document through the separate window. When the user double-clicks the title on the title list, the web interface automatically inputs the selected title as described above to the query input window. At the same time, the web interface automatically searches the content corresponding to the title.

PURPOSE: A query language automatic input system and a method thereof, and a recording medium for computer program for the same are provided to reduce the search time and efforts and offer wide information to a user by using database which is constructed by the topic list included in a web document, and a blog and a thesis. CONSTITUTION: The query language is inputted to a web interface(10) from the user. An input query processor(20) searches the topic list used with the query language from the topic database(30), and transmits the result to the web interface with the converted XML(eXtensible Markup Language) format. The topic database stores the topic list extracted from a web document, and a blog and a thesis by the input query processor.

PURPOSE: A query extending system and method using the lexicon network and a recording medium for the computer program for the same are provided to enable a user to extract the search result and shorten the searching time and efforts. CONSTITUTION: The query language is inputted to the web interface(10) from the user. The query language recognizer(20) recognizes the query language inputted through the web interface. A lexicon network searcher(30) extracts search words written in the form in which it is similar to the query language from the lexicon network database(40). A query term extender(50) receives the search result from the lexicon network database and the query language, and attaches the query language to the query language. The query term extender performs the auto search based on the expanded query language and sends the result to the web interface.
