Abstract: An anti-obesity food containing citron seed extract powder and mulberry leaf extract powder is provided to exhibit an anti-obesity effect by effectively inhibiting adipocyte differentiation. An anti-obesity food contains citron seed extract powder and mulberry leaf extract powder in a weight ratio of 3:7 to 6:4. The citron seed extract powder and mulberry leaf extract powder are obtained by extracting citron seed and mulberry leaf in ethanol and grinding respectively. For an example, 300g citron seed and 300g mulberry leaf are extracted in ethanol respectively. The citron seed extract and mulberry leaf extract effectively inhibit adipocyte differentiation as compared with a control group containing Eucommia leaf extract, green tea extract, Liriope Tuber extract and orange peel extract.
