Abstract: PURPOSE: A driving test system for a vehicle and a method thereof are provided to analyze the diagnostic information through a control server, thereby evaluating the existence of the malfunction of the vehicle with quantitative and objective data. CONSTITUTION: A driving test system for a vehicle includes an electronic control unit (ECU) (100), a smart module (200), a repeater (200), a server (400), a scanner (500), a display (600), and a database (700). The ECU controls an engine in a vehicle driving test and detects a basic variable and a decision variable according to the control of the engine. The smart module determines a vehicle model by reading a VIN ID inputted into the ECU and reads the basic and decision variables from the ECU. The smart module determines the driving test by analyzing the basic and decision variables according to inspection items and determination conditions and stores the result of the determination in a memory. The repeater transmits the communication between the smart module and the server. The server installed in a control center controls the overall operation of the driving test and manages an ROM ID according to a production plan. The scanner installed at a finish spot of a driving test course scans a barcode of the vehicle which enters after completing the driving test course, thereby notifying the information of the vehicle to the server. The display displays the result of the determination due to the driving test and a test present condition by a fixed form. The test results provided by the smart module are stored in the database, thereby being managed for being applied to a producing process and a repairing process of the vehicle.

Abstract: A fixing information confirmation apparatus of a tire is provided to check the proper number of the tire and to preclude the error due to the neighboring signal by mounting an exciter at the output side of a tire supply unit and receiving the proper number of a pressure sensor. A fixing information confirmation apparatus of a tire comprises a tire supply unit(100), an exciter(120), a vehicle supply unit, a server, and an input device(300). The tire supply unit supplies a plurality of tires(110) consecutively. The exciter is mounted to the output side of the tire supply unit to receive the proper number of a pressure sensor. The server manages the proper number of the vehicle mounted with the proper number of the tires and the tires. The input device inputs the IDs of the tires to a TPMS(Tire Pressure Monitoring System) through a receiver mounted on the vehicle.
