Abstract: 본 발명의 크래쉬 패드의 마운팅 구조는 윈드실드 글래스의 내측과 이격되어 운전석과 조수석에 걸쳐 배치되는 크래쉬 패드부와, 상기 윈드실드 글래스의 내측면 하부에 밀착 결합되어 크래쉬 패드와 이격 배치되며 일측에 핀 형상의 결합 부재가 형성된 카울탑 패널부와, 일단은 크래쉬 패드부에 결합되고, 타단은 카울탑 패널부의 결합 부재가 결합되도록 홀더부가 형성된 마운팅부를 포함하고, 상기 홀더부는 보행자가 윈드실드 글래스에 충돌시 결합 부재가 이탈되도록 하부 일부가 개방된 원형의 링 형상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기와 같은 발명은 보행자가 차량의 전방과 충돌 시 크래쉬 패드부와 카울탑 패널부를 용이하게 분리시킴으로써, 보행자의 충격을 흡수하여 보행자의 머리 상해를 저감시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Abstract: A reinforcing apparatus of a side sill of a vehicle is provided to increase the strength of the vehicle during a side-collision of the side sill through installing a connection member connecting a bottom end of the vehicle body floor and the internal panel. A reinforcing apparatus of a side sill of a vehicle comprises an internal panel(10), an external panel (11) to form a space together with the internal panel, and a vehicle body floor panel(13) horizontally coupled to the internal panel. A side flame(20) having a closed curved surface is installed between a lower portion of the vehicle body floor panel and an inner surface of the internal panel. The reinforcing apparatus includes a reinforcing device(50) which horizontally connects the internal panel and the side frame to reinforce the strength of the vehicle in a side-collision. Abstract: PURPOSE: A mounting structure of a crash pad is provided to absorb an impact of a pedestrian when the pedestrian gets hit by the front side of a vehicle by easily separate a crash pad unit and a cowl top panel unit. CONSTITUTION: A mounting structure of a crash pad comprises a crash pad unit(200), a cowl top panel unit(300) and a mounting unit(500). The crash pad unit is located through a driver seat and a passenger seat while being separated from the inside of a windshield glass(100). The cowl top panel unit is combined to the inner lower side of the windshield glass. A pin type connection member(400) is formed on one side of the cowl top panel unit. The mounting unit includes a holder unit(600) partially opened in the lower side to easily separate the connection member when a pedestrian is crashed to the windshield glass.
