    Abstract: An exhaust gas recirculation apparatus of an engine is provided to effectively cool EGR(Exhaust Gas Recirculation) gas by installing an EGR passage adjacent to a water jacket such that EGR gas is cooled by coolant in the water jacket without using an EGR cooler. An exhaust gas recirculation apparatus of an engine comprise an intake port(21), an EGR passage(70), an EGR valve(60) and a controller(50). The intake port is installed on a cylinder head(20) to introduce air into a combustion room(30) and has an inlet(24). The EGR passage includes a block EGR passage(71) and a head EGR passage(72) communicating with the block EGR passage. The block EGR passage is formed in a cylinder block(10) while passing by a water jacket(15) such that EGR gas is introduced into the block EGR passage. The head EGR passage is formed in the cylinder head while passing by a water jacket of the cylinder head.

    Abstract: A hydraulic EGR valve apparatus is provided to make the layout side of the engine facilitated by simple hydraulic layout. A hydraulic EGR valve apparatus comprises a piston housing(23) which is equipped in the lower part of the potentiometer, a valve operator, and a valve housing(20) which is equipped at the lower part of the piston housing. The valve operator includes a pintle(35) which contacts to the lower-part of piston, a valve neck(33) which is formed in the bottom of pintle having a diameter that is smaller than the pintle, and a valve head(31) which is formed in the end part of valve neck. The valve housing includes a mounting portion(27) in which the valve operator is settled, a bush(25) which performs the sealing and lubricating application of valve, an exhaust gas inlet(41) which is formed in lower-part, and an exhaust gas outlet(42) which is formed in one side peripheral surface.
