    Abstract: PURPOSE: A roof rack for a vehicle is provided prevent shape defects and to reduce an assembly time by conveniently inserting a operation hole cap in a operation hole of a side rail. CONSTITUTION: A roof rack for a vehicle comprises a side rail(100) and a hole cap(200). The side rail has an operation hole and a mounting hole. The operation hole for the mounting work of a vehicle roof panel is formed on an upper plate(110). The mounting hole for the mounting of the roof panel is formed on a lower plate(120) and is located on the lower of the operation hole. The hole cap is inserted into the operation hole of the upper plate of the side rail. An upper plate part(210a) of the hole cap is in accord with the upper plate.

    Abstract: A rotational crossbar device and an operating method thereof are provided to improve the fuel consumption ratio of a vehicle by improving aerodynamic characteristics of the vehicle. A rotational crossbar device comprises a crossbar(100), a fixing unit(200) and an angle adjustment lever(300). The crossbar is arranged perpendicularly to a roof rack provided at the top of a vehicle. The crossbar is formed with a hollow(110) and the fixing unit is inserted into the roof rack by passing through the hollow. A gear(210) is provided at a middle part of the crossbar to rotate the crossbar. The angle adjustment lever is provided at an upper end of the crossbar and is connected to the fixing unit to adjust the rotation angle of the crossbar relative to the roof rack.

CONSTITUTION: A roof rack assembly comprises: a side rail(100) which includes an inner space with an upper opening and closely adheres to a front side of a roof of a body; a bolt which penetrate a bottom plate upward and fixes the side rail to the body ; a side rail cover(200) which covers the opening of the side rail; a mounting bracket(500) which is fixed at the concave recessed spot of a side out panel(10) and a roof panel(20); and a spacer(700) which is compressed between the mounting bracket and the side rail by a bolt. The bolt passes through the mounting bracket, the spacer, and the lower plate of the side rail in order.
