Abstract: PURPOSE: An integral tray cover molding method is provided to enhance workability and reduce costs by simplifying an injection molding to single process. CONSTITUTION: An integral tray cover molding method is as follows. Carpet(200) is inserted between an upper mold(110) and a lower mold(120). If the upper and lower molds are closed, the carpet is placed and molded on a tray mold. A cutting member(111) is installed in the upper mold. When the upper and lower molds are coupled, the carpet is cut through the cutting member and injection molding is practiced on the tray mold. The upper and lower molds are separated, the carpet and the tray are integrally molded and the tray cover is formed and ejected.
