Abstract: A differential assembly is provided to enhance durability by preventing the damage of a bearing, an oil leakage, and the abrasion of an oil storage. A differential assembly includes a differential shaft and a distance piece(100). The differential shaft is positioned inside a differential case(10). An outer bearing is prepared in one side of the differential shaft. An inner bearing is prepared in the other side of the differential shaft. The distance piece maintains an interval between the differential shaft, the output bearing, and the inner bearing. A spiral rib(110) is formed in an outer circumference of the distance piece to the direction of the outer bearing.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A brake disc with a rust prevention layer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to facilitate the suppression of the generation of rust even under a long-term neglected condition and to improve corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance. CONSTITUTION: A brake disc with a rust prevention layer includes the following steps of: forming a nitrogen layer on the surface o f a disc base material by heat-treating at a temperature of 500-700°C for 4-5 hours under a condition of adding NH3 to O2; and forming an oxide layer on the nitrogen layer by exposing the surface of the disc base material to steam at a temperature of 500-600°C for 20 minutes. The nitrogen layer and the oxide layer for preventing rust are successively formed on the surface of the disc base material. CONSTITUTION: A tripod joint comprises: a shaft(3) whose one end is movably inserted into a trunnion(2) wherein a retainer(7) is installed in the opening, thereby preventing a separation of a coil spring; The coil spring(6) which elastically supports the shaft while the shaft extensionally moves to the axial direction; an insulator(9); and a wave spring(10). The insulator and the wave spring flexibly support the shaft while the shaft compressively moves to the axial direction.

A constant velocity joint comprises the housing(10); the boot(30) fixed to the housing with the clamp(20); the axle(40) and the shaft(50) uniting inside the boot; the boot band(60) sealing the boot and shaft hermetically; and the thrust reduction unit(100) formed in the end of shaft. Abstract: The present invention relates to an oxy-nitrided brake disk for noise reduction and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the oxy-nitrided brake disk comprises: a diffusion layer formed inside the base material of the brake disk by nitro-carburizing the base material; a nitrided layer formed on the diffusion layer; and an oxidized layer formed on the nitrided layer by oxidizing the base material of the brake disk.
