Abstract: 본 발명은 친환경 자동차의 저전압 직류 변환기(LDC; low voltage DC-DC converter)의 효율을 극대화하기 위해 친환경 자동차의 보조 배터리 상태 및 차량 부하에 기초하여 상기 저전압 직류 변환기를 제어하는 친환경 자동차의 제어 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명의 실시예는, 친환경 자동차의 저전압 직류 변환기(LDC; low voltage DC-DC converter)를 제어하는 방법으로서, 상기 친환경 자동차의 전장 부하에서 소모되는 부하 전류를 측정하는 단계; 상기 친환경 자동차의 보조 배터리의 SOC(state of charge) 및 SOH(state of health)를 확인하는 단계; 상기 부하 전류가 설정값 미만이고 상기 SOC 및 SOH가 설정값 이상인 경우 상기 LDC의 동작을 설정 시간 동안 중지시키고, 상기 전장 부하에 필요한 전류는 상기 보조 배터리에서 공급하도록 하는 제1 에코 모드로 동작시키는 단계;를 포함할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An engine mount for a vehicle is provided to damp vibration of an engine just by a hydraulic mount when a dynamic characteristic is varied according to a vibration change of the engine and a vibration-damping function is lost by degradation of a slid mount by doubly supporting the engine with the sold mount and the hydraulic mount. CONSTITUTION: An engine mount for a vehicle comprises a first mount(1) elastically supporting an engine by a shock-absorbing member(11) of an elastic material filled in a case(12) while surrounding a support rod(10) combined to the engine side; a second mount(2) comprising a cylinder(20) fixed to a vehicle body, and a piston(22) and supporting the first mount while reducing vibration by hydraulic pressure filled in upper and lower pressure chambers(20a,20b) formed to the inner upper and lower parts of the cylinder; and a pressure control system(3). The piston is elastically supported by a compression spring(21) and the upper end of the piston is combined to the case of the first mount. The pressure control system comprises a hydraulic actuator(30) connected to the upper and lower pressure chambers through first and second passages(31,32), to supply and collect a fluid to/from the upper and lower pressure chambers; a servo valve(33) adjusting the flowing direction of the fluid in the first and second passages; and a control part(35) controlling the pressure of the upper and lower pressure chambers of the second mount by operating the servo valve by a signal input from the outside.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Oil filling structure of a drum brake for a vehicle is provided to supplement grease without disassembling a shoe assembly and prevent shortage of grease and leakage of grease caused by wear of friction surface. CONSTITUTION: In oil filling structure of a drum brake for a vehicle, hydraulic pressure is transmitted to a cylinder and the cylinder pushes a pressurizing plate(3) to the inner surface of a drum. Grease(G) filled in filling holes(3a') formed in a rib(3a) flows out on the friction surface between the inner surface of a back plate and the rib of the pressurizing plate, through a guider(3b). Thus, friction resistance is reduced. The guide fills grease between the back plate and the rib of the pressurizing plate and also intercepts leakage of grease.
