Abstract: PURPOSE: A torque steer compensation method of a motor driven power steering is provided to reduce vehicle maintenance costs by preventing a torque steer phenomenon after aging according to driving. CONSTITUTION: A torque steer compensation method of a motor driven power steering includes following steps. A step for determining whether a MDPS[Motor Driven Power Steering] installed in a vehicle normally functions or not(S10); a step for detecting vehicle information through an ECU[Electronic Control Unit] equipped in the vehicle(S20); a step for determining whether a torque steer happens or not in detected vehicle information in a vehicle information verification step(S30); a step for calculating the compensation quantity of the MDPS through the ECU when the torque steer happens in a torque steer generation determining step(S40); and a step for compensating the calculated compensation quantity through a MDPS compensation quantity calculating step. Abstract: A steering device for improving an introversion impact is provided to separately form a tie rod in order to run to a constant section when the impact is transmitted by sliding down because of moisture or sand. The steering device for improving the introversion impact comprises a rack housing(10) of a hole; a rack bar(20) in which both ends is extended to outside; a pair of the tie rod(30) which is connected to both ends of the rack bar through an inner ball joint(40); a tie rod end in which an outer ball joint(52) connected with a tire wheel at the other end of the tie rod is installed; a first housing which the tie rod is connected to both ends of the rack bar with the inner ball joint; and a second housing which is combined with the tie rod end.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A clutch device for a power steering oil pump is provided to save the energy and to improve the fuel ratio by shutting off the connection of the body side shaft and the pulley side shaft if the steering wheel is not operated by a driver. CONSTITUTION: A clutch device for a power steering oil pump is composed of a pulley shaft(13), a body shaft(14) a clutch plate(20), an elastic member(31), a check valve(35), a solenoid valve(39), and a controller(43). The clutch plate transmits/shuts off the rotation power of the pulley side shaft to the body side shaft. The elastic member transmits the rotation power of the pulley side shaft to the body side shaft by applying the elastic force to the clutch plate. The solenoid valve is mounted on the return point interlinking the inner closed space of a pump body and an oil input port.

Abstract: PURPOSE: The pressure pressing down the worm axis towards the worm wheel is applied in the uniform direction to the worm axis. A gap between the worm axis and worm wheel and the rubbing and torque difference according to the rotational direction of the worm axis can be eliminated. CONSTITUTION: An anti-rattle device of motor driven steer apparatus comprises a pressure spring(14) and a leaf spring(16). In the inside of the cap which protects the end part of the worm axis(5), the pressure spring is supported in the upside of the load plate(13). The pressure spring is included of a coil type spring. The leaf spring actuates the power in the opposite direction to the power that the pressure spring applies on the worm axis. The load plate protects the bush combined in the end of the worm axis.
