Abstract: PURPOSE: A headrest folding apparatus is provided to independently apply a function of controlling a height of a headrest and a function of folding the headrest by installing a stay tube between a stay and a guide. CONSTITUTION: A headrest folding apparatus comprises a guide(200), a stay tube(300), a stay, and a locking member(500). The guide is fixed to a seat back. The stay tube is inserted into the guide. The stay is inserted into the stay tube. A hinge section(430) is folded to be drawn to the outside of the stay tube when combination of the hinge section and the stay tube is canceled. A locking member includes the first locking member(510) and the second locking member(520). The first locking member maintains a withdrawal of the stay tube. Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing overheat of a vehicle engine is provided to prevent the engine from being overheated during running even in the condition that the outer temperature or the load is high. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for preventing overheat of an engine comprises a coolant temperature sensor, a no-load maintenance part, and a warning lamp. The no-load maintenance part comprises a control switch(16) of which a first contact(16a) is elastically connected if the coolant temperature detected from the coolant temperature sensor is over the reference value, and a second contact(16b) is elastically connected if the coolant temperature is under the reference value, a lever(12) pivotably installed to be moved between the fixing position of which one end is contacted with an acceleration pedal to fix the acceleration pedal at the no-load position and a free position separated from the acceleration pedal to make the acceleration pedal freely moved, and a step motor(14) which has an extension part extended from a rotation shaft to the vertical direction and connected to the end part of the lever via a cable, and which is rotated in different direction as much as a prescribed angle to make the lever move to the no-load position or the free position when the first or the second contact of the control switch is electrically and respectively connected.
