CONSTITUTION: A wiper is driven intermittently according to driving pattern in an intermittent drive mode(S1,S2). An increase or decrease switch is decided in pushing a setting switch(S3,S4). The intermittent time interval of current speed is increased or decreased till pushing the setting switch once again in pushing the increase switch or the decrease switch(S5,S6), and set with the increased or decreased intermittent time interval in pushing the setting switch(S7,S8,S9). The intermittent time interval is adjusted within the range of current vehicle speed(S10). Driving pattern of the wiper is adjusted at driver's convenience by changing the intermittent time interval.
