Abstract: PURPOSE: A high intensity transmission gear and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture a transmission gear by implementing a shape control nitride heat treatment to high intensity fine grain nitralloy. CONSTITUTION: Nitralloy is used. Temperature is gradually increased. The rate of nitrogen is lowered. The nitralloy is mainly made of Fe. The nitralloy comprises C, Mn, Cr, Mo, Cu, Nb, Al, V, B, and inevitable impurities. A processing stage processes the nitralloy into a gear shape. Abstract: A method for data communication of heterogeneous wireless networks using the same frequency, which can minimize interference on data received and transmitted in the heterogeneous wireless networks.
