Abstract: 본 발명은 고무 Latex(Latex)에 물로부터 호화 시킨 전분 용액을 직접 블렌드(Blend) 하여 원료고무와 충전제를 화학적으로 블렌드 한 고무 조성물이다. 이 때에 고무 Latex와 전분 간의 커플링제(Coupling-agent)로써 레조시놀-포름알데히드(Resorcinol-formaldehyde)를 이용하며, 이를 이용하여 가황 고무 컴파운드(Compound)를 제조한다. 고무 Latex와 호화 전분 용액의 블렌드 시에 커플링제로 레조시놀-포름알데히드를 사용하면 고무와의 친화력이 떨어져 인장강도가 크게 저하되는 문제와 물에 잘 녹는 전분의 특성상 용액상태로 블렌드 시에 일어나는 전분의 손실을 해결할 수 있으며, 그 양의 첨가비에 따라 가황 고무 컴파운드의 물성을 변화시킬 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a starch/rubber latex compound is provided to suppress the loss of starch and to control the physical property by controlling the content of a coupling agent. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a starch/rubber latex compound comprises 100.0 parts by weight of a rubber component, 20-100.0 parts by weight of starch filler, 1-10 parts by weight of a coupling agent, and 1-10 parts by weight of a solidifier. The rubber is latex. The starch filler is a gelatinized solution that a starch with a powder shape is gelatinized to distilled water. The coupling agent is a resorcinol-formaldehyde. A rubber-vulcanized composition comprises the rubber composition, a vulcanizer, a vulcanization accelerator, and an oxidizer.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing starch-acryl copolymer using emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization is provided to minimize the amount of impurities included in the copolymer without the use of emulsifier. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing starch-acryl copolymer using emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization comprises the following steps of: gelatinizing starch; mixing the gelatinized starch and monomers containing acrylic compounds at a ratio of 1:1 ~ 1:9 by weight; and emulsifying the mixture in the presence of initiator. The monomers contain up to 20 parts unsaturated carbon acid. The initiator is an organic peroxide compound, inorganic peroxide compound, persulfate compound, cerium ammonium, or redox initiator.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polyurethane is provided to provide polyurethane with excellent fatigue resistance and improved storage stability and mechanical properties. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polyurethane comprises: a step of obtaining two or more prepolymers by reacting two or more NCO group-containing diisocyanate having different reactivity with polyol with a molar ratio of 3-6:1 in a respective separate polymerization bath to obtain two or more prepolymers; a step of mixing the two or more prepolymers in one polymerization bath and adding one equivalent or more of polyol, a chain extender, an antifoaming agent and foaming agent based on separated NCO group of in the prepolymer. Diisocyanate with slow reactivity is dipenyl methane-4,4-diisocyanate and the other diisocyanate with quick reactivity is naphthalene-1,5-diisocyante.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a modified rubber compound which comprises: a step of manufacturing an acid anhydride-grafted natural rubber by making a natural rubber react with a peroxide based initiator and an acid anhydride; and a step of making the acid anhydride-grafted natural rubber react with nylon, and to a modified rubber compound manufactured thereby. The manufacturing method for a modified rubber compound of the present invention is able to provide a modified rubber compound with excellent gas barrier properties, mechanical properties and wear properties.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A coating composition for leather is provided to be cost effective by replacing an expensive coating composition with an inexpensive coating composition. CONSTITUTION: A coating composition for leather with brush stability, volatility and stability in dilution comprises 80-90 parts by weight % of nitrocellulose dope composition and 10-20 parts by weight % of polyurethane resin. The nitrocellulose dope composition is mixed with 25-45 parts by weight of alkyd resin, 4-8 parts by weight of nitro cellulose, 4-10 parts by weight of butylpropionate and 10-30 parts by weight of ketone. The polyurethane resin is polymerized by diisocyanate, 1,4- butanediol or ethylene glycol which is chosen from a group made of ether type polyol, N-methylpyrolidone (NMP) solvent, methylene diphenyl diisocyanate, toluene diisocyanate and hexamethylene diisocyanate. The nitrocellulose dope composition comprises 70 parts by weight of ethyl acetate for 100 parts by weight of nitrocellulose dope composition.
