Abstract:
본 발명은 고무 Latex(Latex)에 물로부터 호화 시킨 전분 용액을 직접 블렌드(Blend) 하여 원료고무와 충전제를 화학적으로 블렌드 한 고무 조성물이다. 이 때에 고무 Latex와 전분 간의 커플링제(Coupling-agent)로써 레조시놀-포름알데히드(Resorcinol-formaldehyde)를 이용하며, 이를 이용하여 가황 고무 컴파운드(Compound)를 제조한다. 고무 Latex와 호화 전분 용액의 블렌드 시에 커플링제로 레조시놀-포름알데히드를 사용하면 고무와의 친화력이 떨어져 인장강도가 크게 저하되는 문제와 물에 잘 녹는 전분의 특성상 용액상태로 블렌드 시에 일어나는 전분의 손실을 해결할 수 있으며, 그 양의 첨가비에 따라 가황 고무 컴파운드의 물성을 변화시킬 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a starch/rubber latex compound is provided to suppress the loss of starch and to control the physical property by controlling the content of a coupling agent. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a starch/rubber latex compound comprises 100.0 parts by weight of a rubber component, 20-100.0 parts by weight of starch filler, 1-10 parts by weight of a coupling agent, and 1-10 parts by weight of a solidifier. The rubber is latex. The starch filler is a gelatinized solution that a starch with a powder shape is gelatinized to distilled water. The coupling agent is a resorcinol-formaldehyde. A rubber-vulcanized composition comprises the rubber composition, a vulcanizer, a vulcanization accelerator, and an oxidizer.

The present invention relates to an adhesive for bonding polyurethane and vulcanized rubber which comprises: a first pre-polymer which is a reaction product of hydroxy-terminated polybutadiene and isocianate; a second pre-polymer which is a reaction product of polyether polyol, polyester polyol, or a combination thereof and isocianate; and a radical initiator. The present invention relates to the adhesive for bonding polyurethane and vulcanized rubber which shows enhanced adhesion under severe driving conditions using chemical covalent bond between a polyurethane tire main body with vulcanized rubber tread material.

본 발명은 도포성이 우수한 타이어 보수용 실런트 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 스틸렌-부타디엔 고무 라텍스를 베이스 폴리머로 사용하고, 천연고무 라텍스를 병용가능하며, 점착부여 수지 또는 아크릴 에멀젼과, 동결건조제 및 피막형성방지제를 포함하는 조성으로 구성하여, 특히 도포성이 우수하고 주입구 막힘이 없어 사용이 편리하며 실링성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라 점착특성 및 저온안정성이 우수한 타이어 보수에 유용한 실런트 조성물에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: A sealant composition is provided to obtain storage stability, spreadability, and adhesive performance by preventing inlet-logging problems. CONSTITUTION: A sealant composition comprises 35-75 weight% of styrene-butadiene rubber latex, 100 weight% or less of natural rubber latex, 0.1-30 weight% of emulsion type tackifier resin or acryl emulsion, 10-50 weight% of anti-freezing agent, and 0.1-20 weight% of coating-forming preventer. The styrene-butadiene rubber latex contains 30-75 weight% of solid phase, and is concentrated or diluted. The emulsion type tackifier resin comprises one or more selected from a modified terpene resin, a rosin ester resin, a terpene resin, and a rosin resin.

PURPOSE: An ethylene propylene diene monomer(M-class) rubber composition is provided to have excellent physical properties and excellent heat resistance which can not be obtained from natural rubber materials, thereby useful for engine mounts, etc. CONSTITUTION: A modified ethylene propylene diene monomer(M-class) rubber is grafted of a polyethylene oxide or polystyrene into a maleic anhydride-graft EPDM rubber. The content of maleic anhydride in maleic anhydride-graft EPDM rubber is 0.1-2.0wt%, and the mooney viscosity(ML 1+4 125°C) thereof is 25-35. An ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber composition comprises 3-10 parts by weight of reformed EPDM rubber, 0.5-3.0 parts by weight of cross-linking agent and 0.2-5.0 parts by weight of crosslinking promoter on the basis of 100 parts by weight of EPDM rubber.

A muffler hanger of EPDM material is provided to secure heat resistant characteristics with low costs, and to satisfy anti-fatigue and vibration insulation performance by coating a plurality of heat-reflecting coating layers to a muffler hanger of EPDM material. A muffler hanger of EPDM(Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) material comprises a EPDM rubber and a heat-reflecting coating layer. The EPDM rubber is formed in a design shape of the muffler hanger. The heat-reflecting coating layer is formed in a surface of the EPDM so as to reflect heat. The heat-reflecting coating layer is formed of AEM as coating base material and aluminum flakes mixed in the AEM.

CONSTITUTION: The rubber composition for suspension bush comprising a zirconate-based coupling agent represented by formula 1. The amount of the zirconate-based coupling agent is 0.5-2.0 parts by weight based on 100 parts of rubber.
