    Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is an olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer composition for forming powder, which is excellent in melt fluidity, tensile strength, folded-part restoring ability, and properties and can be applied to the interior material and the coating material of cars. CONSTITUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition contains 100pts.wt. of a polypropylene resin having a melt index of 50-300g/10min(ASTM D 1238, 230deg.C, 2.16kg), 5-150pts.wt. of a propylene-ethylene copolymer resin having a melt index of 3-50g/10min(230deg.C, 2.16kg) and a shore D hardness of less than 40(ASTM D 2240), 50-200pts.wt. of a hydrogenated styrene butadiene rubber having a melt index of more than 5g/10min(230deg.C, 2.16kg) and containing 5-20% of styrene, and 50-200pts.wt. of an ethylene-octene copolymer elastomer having Mooney viscosity of 1-10(ML1+4, ASTM D 927, 121deg.C) and a shore A hardness of less than 80(ASTM D 2240).

    Abstract: PURPOSE: Lamination sheet for automobile upholstery material and resin foam of low resolution and resin foam of high magnification is provided to maintain heat resistance in sheet configuration for interior material to plural-layer structure. CONSTITUTION: Lamination sheet for automobile upholstery material comprises back layer(200) which is put together in epidermal layer where resin is injected to epidermal layer(100). It is made of thermoplastic elastomer that is formed with more than two different back layer is foaming magnification expansion ratio or kind that is laminated to multi-layer. Form of back layer is made of polyethylene copolymers which includes polypropylene copolymer or terpolymer, and C2 or C4~ C12- alpha-olefin. It also includes polypropylene, olyethylene, and C2 or C4 ~ C12- alpha-olefin or olefin group TPE component including at least one among terpolymer. Back layer includes at least one for improvement of physical properties among styrene group TPE, urethane group TPE, ester group TPE, amide group TPE, and vinyl acetate group TPE to 0.1~50 weight%. The form comprises of the upper body(210) and a lower layer(220) with the laminated multilayer structure. As for the back layer, the foaming magnification is maintained for the improvement of the emotional quality by 5~50 magnification. The form comprises of the lower layer with the upper body and lower layer with the laminated multilayer structure. As for the back layer, the foaming magnification is maintained for heat resistance improvement by 1~30 magnification. The upper body and lower layer respectively have thickness of 0.5~9.5mm. The thickness of back layer is maintained by 1~10mm.
