Abstract: Phosphorsäureester, erhältlich durch
a) Umsetzung eines Mono-, Oligo- oder Polyamins mit einem Alkylenoxid oder Alkylencarbonat zu einem Aminoalkohol, Aminomono-, -oligo- oder -polyetheralkohol, wobei 50 bis 100 % der oxalkylierbaren NH-Gruppierungen des Amins oxalkyliert werden,
b) Umsetzung des gebildeten Amino(ether)alkohols mit einer Hydroxycarbonsäure oder einer Dicarbonsäure und einem Diol zu einem Mono-, Oligo- oder Polyester oder Umsetzung mit einem Diisocyanat und einem Diol zu einem Di-, Oligo- oder Polyurethan, wobei 50 bis 100 % der im Amino(ether)alkohol enthaltenen, endständigen Hydroxylgruppen verestert oder in Urethangruppen überführt werden, und
c) Umsetzung des gebildeten Amino(ether)esters oder -urethans mit einer phosphorsäureesterbildenden Phosphorverbindung, wobei 5 bis 100 % der im Amino(ether)ester oder -urethan enthaltenen, endständigen Hydroxylgruppen in Phosphorsäureestergruppen umgewandelt werden und die Phosphoratome ein- und/oder zweifach und gegebenenfalls dreifach verestert werden,
Herstellung der Phosphorsäureester und ihre Verwendung als Dispergiermittel für Feststoffe.-

Abstract: Phosphate esters (I), obtd. by (a) reacting a mono-, oligo-or polyamine with an alkylene oxide (AO) or alkylene carbonate to give an aminoalcohol or an amino-mono-, -oligo- or -polyetheralcohol (A) in which 50-100% of the alkoxylatable NH gps. in the amine are alkoxylated, (b) reacting (A) with a hydroxycarboxylic or dicarboxylic acid and a diol to give a mono-, oligo- or polyester (B1), or with a di-isocyanate and a diol to give a di-, oligo- or poly-urethane (B2), in which 50-100% of the terminal OH gps in (A) are esterified or converted into urethane gps., and (c) reacting (B1) or (B2) with an ester- forming phosphorus cpd. (PC) so that 5-100% of the terminal OH gps. in (B1/2) are converted into phosphate ester gps. and the P atoms are mono- and/or di- and opt. triesterified. Also claimed is the above process for the prodn. of (I).

USE/ADVANTAGE - The formulation is used in the prodn. of printing inks or lacquers.
