Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Erfassung von Wassereintritten und dadurch resultierende Korrosion in Anlagen zur Herstellung von Isocyanaten durch Umsetzung von Phosgen mit einem oder mehreren primären Aminen in einem Lösungsmittel. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung solcher Isocyanate, in deren Aufarbeitungsteil an definierten Stellen Sonden zur Überwachung von Korrosion angeordnet sind.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Isocyanats, umfassend Hydrieren eines ein Amin enthaltenden Gemischs (Gi) in Anwesenheit eines Kupfer enthaltenden Hydrierkatalysators unter Erhalt eines das Amin enthaltenden Gemischs (Gii), und Umsetzen des Gemisches (Gii) mit Phosgen unter Erhalt eines das Isocyanat enthaltenden Gemischs (Gii). Weiterhin betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung das Isocyanat, herstellbar nach diesem Verfahren.

The present invention relates to a process for the production of isocyanates, preferably diisocyanates and polyisocyanates of the diphenylmethane series (MDI), by reacting an amine with phosgene in the liquid phase or in the gas phase to form the corresponding isocyanates, subsequent removal of the solvent in at least two steps to obtain at least two solvent streams, individual treatment of the at least two solvent streams, and recirculation of at least a portion of the solvent streams.

The invention relates to a biodiesel fuel mixture that has a cetane number of > 40 and contains a) 1 to 100 wt. % biodiesel, b) 0 to 98.9 wt. % diesel oil of fossil origin, c) 0.1 to 20 wt. % polyoxyalkylene dialkyl ether of formula RO(CH2O)nR, wherein R is an alkyl group with 1 to 10 C atoms and n = 2 to 10, and d) 0 to 5 wt. % of additional additives.

The invention relates to a method for producing an isocyanate, comprising hydrogenation of an amimne-ciontaining mixture (Gi) in the presence of a copper containing hydrogenation catalyst to give a mixture (Gii) containing the amine and reacting the mixture (Gii) with phosgene to give a mixture (Gii) containing the isocyanate. The invention further relates to the isocyanate which may be produced by said method.

The invention further relates to an apparatus for producing such isocyanates, in the processing part of which probes for monitoring corrosion are arranged at defined positions.
