The oral composition can be in a form of a mouth rinse, a dentifrice, a confectionary/ a medicament, or a film. Methods of making and using the oral compositions are also provided.

The hydrophilic and hydrophobic phases remain separated and form a temporary emulsion when mixed. The emulsion spontaneously reverts back to the two original phases after rest, without the formation of a emulsion.
