    Abstract: A good layer adhesion can be achieved in a composite having two or more layers whereina layer I is obtained from a molding composition which has the following components:a) from 0 to 80 parts by weight of a polyamide selected from the group consisting of PA6, PA66, PA6/66 and a mixture thereof;b) from 0.05 to 100 parts by weight of a polyamine-polyamide copolymer; andc) from 0 to 80 parts by weight of a polyamide selected from the group consisting of PA11, PA12, PA612, PA1012, PA1212 and a mixture thereof;wherein a total of the parts by weight of components a), b) and c) is 100;wherein at least 20 parts by weight of components a) and b) is a monomer unit which is obtained from caprolactam and/or from a combination of hexamethylenediamine/adipic acid; andwherein at least 20 parts by weight of components b) and c) is a monomer unit which is obtained from omega-aminoundecanoic acid, laurolactam, a mixture of hexamethylenediamine and 1,12-dodecanedioic acid, a mixture of 1,10-decanediamine and 1,12-dodecanedioic acid, and/or a mixture of 1,12-dodecanediamine and 1,12-dodecanedioic acid.

    Abstract: The composite includes a coupling layer comprising a graft copolymer from: (a) a polyamine with at least 4 nitrogen atoms and a number-average molecular weight (Mn) of at least 146; and (b) polyamide-forming monomers (lactams, omega -amino-acids and/or equimol. combinations of diamines and dicarboxylic acids). A thermoplastic multilayer composite comprises layers (I) and (II) of different thermoplastic moulding materials and an interlayer (III) of a coupling agent. At least 5 wt% of (III) consists of a graft copolymer derived from: (a) 0.5-25 wt% (based on the copolymer) of a polyamine with at least 4 nitrogen atoms and a Mn of at least 146; and (b) polyamide-forming monomers selected from lactams, omega -aminocarboxylic acids or equimolar combinations of diamines and dicarboxylic acids. An Independent claim is also included for moulding materials containing: (A) 5-60 parts by weight (pts. wt.) of a graft copolymer as above; (B) 10-85 pts. wt. of a polyamide; (C) 10-85 pts. wt. of a polyester; and (D) not more than 40 wt% (based on A + B + C) of an impact-modifying rubber and/or conventional auxiliary substances or additives.
