    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro fluid apparatus for carrying a liquid by capillary force.
    SOLUTION: The micro fluid apparatus is provided with a micro fluid channel system having a first channel having one liquid supplying compartment and at least one non-enclosed valve coupled to the liquid supplying compartment and disposed downstream of the liquid supplying compartment, and a second channel. The second channel is branched from the first channel downstream of the liquid supplying compartment and upstream of at least one non-enclosed valve, combined with the first channel at the non-enclosed valve again, and forms a discharge channel. Since the second channel does not have the non-closed or closed valve, a fluid flow path is formed, couples the liquid supplying compartment and the discharge channel, and has no interruption.
