Abstract: Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Halbleiterbauelements umfasst Bilden einer Bondpadmaterialschicht mit einer Reliefoberfläche, die eine Vertiefung zwischen Erhöhungen umfasst. Das Verfahren umfasst Abscheiden eines Hartmaterials in der Vertiefung. Ferner umfasst das Verfahren Abscheiden einer homogenen Schicht auf einer an den Erhöhungen durch die Bondpadmaterialschicht und an der Vertiefung durch das Hartmaterial gebildeten Abscheidungsfläche. Ein Halbleiter-Die einen aktiven Bereich, der eine Schaltungsstrukturschicht mit einer Reliefkontur, die einer anderen Materialschicht oben auf der Strukturschicht zugekehrt ist, umfasst. Die Reliefkontur umfasst eine Vertiefung zwischen Erhöhungen. Ein Grund der Vertiefung ist durch ein Hartmaterial bedeckt.

Abstract: Each logical object in a monitoring program is associated with a physical object. First and second phases are monitored by associating a first or second deviation identifier with the logical object if there is a deviation during the first or second phase respectively. If a deviation is detected in a phase, processing is interrupted until the deviation identifier of the other phase is provided to the monitor program. The method involves associating a logical object (102) in a monitoring program with each physical object (101) and monitoring the object in first and second phases by associating a first deviation identifier with the logical object if there is a deviation during the first phase, associating a second deviation identifier with the logical object if there is a deviation during the second phase and interrupting processing if a deviation is detected in one of the phases until the deviation identifier of the other phase is provided to the monitoring program. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a device for monitoring the deviation of a property of a physical process object from a desired property (b) a computer-readable memory medium with a program for monitoring the deviation of a property of a physical process object from a desired property (c) a program element for monitoring the deviation of a property of a physical process object from a desired property.
