PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for obtaining a community-based trust by a network. SOLUTION: A machine readable medium, methods apparatus and system for a community-based trust are shown below. In an embodiment, a request node can decide whether the request node gains the trust from an objective node by getting assurance from an intermediate node or not. When the request node obtains the trust from the objective node by getting the assurance from the intermediate node, the request node can obtain intermediate trust level which shows how much the objective node trust the intermediate node or can calculate a new trust level which shows how much the objective node trust the request node based on the intermediate trust level. Embodiments for providing personal broadcast are generally described herein. A computing device to display a personal bulletin board may comprise a transceiver configured to data at the computing device from a second computing device; a rear- facing screen configured to present an indication of the data to a user of the first computing device; an input module configured to receive a command from the user to display a representation of the data on the front-facing screen; and a front-facing screen configured to display the representation of the data in response to receiving the command from the user.

An embodiment of the present invention provides a method of relationship characterization and utilization from a user's social network, comprising, using monitoring agents for the user's social network to create a unique profile of each contact in the social network by feeding data into a context aware framework, clustering raw data by extracting common interests and relevant keywords, thereby creating rich context-aware lists of keywords that characterize relationships among users of the social networks, and providing an interface to query the lists.
Abstract:
Methods and systems that allow a user to see the people or groups who have access to files that are maintained by a plurality of cloud content sharing services. In particular, the user may see what specific party has access to each particular file or directory, regardless of multiple cloud content sharing services involved. Moreover, a user interface and exposed application program interface allows the user to manipulate the permissions, e.g., granting access, to another person or group, to a file or directory. The user interface may also allow the user to terminate access to the file or directory for a person or group. The user's action to change a permission may be effected independently of the particular cloud content sharing service.

Methods, computer-readable media, and apparatuses for providing access to interactive features to a user of a computing device are described. The computing device may determine a level of interactive facility for the user and to selectively provide access to one or more interactive features. The computing device may determine new levels of interactive facility, such as through an evaluation of the user and/or based on various interactions with the computing device. The computing device may identify requests for interactive features and/or levels of frustration or comfort to determine levels of interactive facility with the computing device. The computing device may selectively hiding or making available interactive features to the user. The computing device may announce when features are made available such as through visual or auditory announcements. Other embodiments may be described and/or claimed.
Abstract:
Video sources may be located on the Internet and particular videos at those sources may be selected for subsequent replay by using graphical controls provided, for example, in connection with a browser. These controls may permit the use of select, particular video segments for subsequent replay by adding them to a playlist. Then when the user has assembled the playlist in the order desired, the play of the playlist can be selected. The playlist video may then be displayed for the user on a remote display, such as a high definition television display. At the same time, the user's computer screen may display a control view which allows the user to view and add annotations and to control the play of a video on the high definition television screen.

Systems and methods may provide for identifying a plurality of devices and routing a call between a first device in the plurality of devices and a second device in the plurality of devices. The routing of the call may be in response to a visual condition with respect to a user of the first device. In one example, the visual condition is detected based on image data associated with a surrounding environment and the visual condition is one or more of a gaze of the user and a gesture of the user.
Abstract:
Techniques are disclosed that involve detecting and tracking groups of people associated with a user device (e.g., people watching television), and customizing the experience to the group. Various features may be employed. Such features may include classification of individuals, identification of commonly occurring groupings of people, and identification of the presence of group outsiders. Based on the presence of such individuals, groups, and/or outsiders, delivery of information to the user device may be controlled.

Sensordaten werden von einer Mehrzahl von Sensoren empfangen, wobei die Mehrzahl von Sensoren einen ersten Satz von Sensoren und einen zweiten Satz von Sensoren umfasst, und zumindest ein Teil der Mehrzahl von Sensoren mit einem Fahrzeug gekoppelt ist. Die Steuerung des Fahrzeugs wird basierend auf zumindest einem Abschnitt der Sensordaten automatisiert, die von dem ersten Satz von Sensoren erzeugt werden. Die Insassenattribute eines oder mehrerer Insassen in den autonomen Fahrzeugen werden anhand von Sensordaten bestimmt, die von dem zweiten Satz von Sensoren erzeugt werden. Die Attribute des Fahrzeugs werden basierend auf den Insassenattributen und den von dem ersten Satz von Sensoren erzeugten Sensordaten geändert.

Ausführungsformen hierin betreffen eine Erkennung eines Gerätezustands basierend auf Sensordaten und eine Bestimmung einer Rückmeldung zumindest teilweise basierend auf dem Gerätezustand. Bei verschiedenen Ausführungsformen kann eine Vorrichtung zum Erkennen eines Gerätezustands ein Sensordatenmodul zum Identifizieren von Sensordaten in einem oder mehreren Signalen bezüglich Daten von einem oder mehreren mit einem Gerät assoziierten Sensoren, ein Gerätezustandserkennungsmodul zum Bestimmen eines Gerätezustands des Geräts zumindest teilweise basierend auf den Sensordaten, ein Rückmeldungsmodul zum Bestimmen einer Rückmeldung zumindest teilweise basierend auf dem Gerätezustand und ein Übertragungsmodul zum Senden der Rückmeldung zu einer Gerätesteuerung für das Gerät und/oder einer Darstellungseinrichtung beinhalten.
