The present invention relates to use of the extract of Chrysanthemum zawadskii that is extracted using water, alcohol or a mixture thereof. Particularly, the extract of Chrysanthemum zawadskii can be used for an ant i- hangover agent because it can reduce alcohol density and acetaldehyde density in blood by promoting in vivo alcohol metabolism through improving activities of alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) and acetaldehyde dehydrogenase (ALDH), and present radical removal ability. The extract of Chrysanthemum zawadskii of the present invention can be used as an anti -hangover agent and health food for removing hangover because it can get rid of hangover more efficiently than hangover removing beverages in the market.

Particularly, the extract of Echinosophora koreensis can be used for an ant i -hangover agent because it can reduce alcohol density and acetaldehyde density in blood by promoting in vivo alcohol metabolism through improving activities of alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) and acetaldehyde dehydrogenase (ALDH). In addition, it can be used as an ant i -oxidizing agent because it presents radical removal ability. The extract of Echinosophora koreensis of the present invention can get rid of hangover more efficiently than hangover removing beverages in the market, and has no side effects as an anti-oxidant activator due to its effective radical removal.

The present invention relates to a composition for the prevention, amelioration or treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), comprising a Roseburia spp. strain, a Bifidobacterium spp. strain, or extracellular vesicles (EVs) derived therefrom. The Roseburia spp. strain, the Bifidobacterium spp. strain, or the EVs derived therefrom, according to the present invention, can restore liver function, ameliorate liver steatosis and inflammation, and suppress liver fibrosis, and thus can be provided as a composition for the prevention, amelioration or treatment of NAFLD.

Disclosed are a composition for anti-obesity comprising a pulverized material of Odontella aurita as an active ingredient and a method of processing Odontella aurita to improve the anti-obesity effects. The pulverized material may be a microfluidizer-processed pulverized material of Odontella aurita. The pulverized material exhibits the effect of inhibiting weight gain and the effect of inhibiting body fat accumulation in mice fed with a high-fat diet.
